Perfect quality, durable, natural feel
The shoes I bought are really top-notch - just like all the other pairs I've gotten from this company. The wood they use is so much better than what you'll find from other companies. I've been a loyal customer for years and I wear these shoes all the time - in the summer, for special events, and even on hikes. The feel and durability of these shoes are just unbeatable. I've been a customer of this brand for as long as I can remember. I've bought several pairs of their shoes in the past year and I really love them. I'm pretty picky about the shoes I wear, but I think their styles are classic and the quality is top-notch. The best part is that they fit perfectly - it's so important to me to have shoes that are comfortable and fit just right. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchases and I'll definitely be sticking with this brand in the future.
Multiple shoe purchases
The shoes here are amazing, seriously top-notch. I got three pairs and they all came in perfect condition. Ordering was super easy and I got my shoes really quick. The communication was great and when I had to return one pair, they took care of it right away. I do wish returns were free ‘cause shipping costs, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with what I bought and now have six pairs of these awesome shoes.
Shoe order
I bought some shoes from this company, and the shoes are good quality but I was bummed because they didn't tell me about custom charges upfront. It kind of felt like a punch to the wallet. Even if I returned the shoes, I still had to pay those charges, which made me annoyed. I tried asking the company about it, but they never got back to me. It was pretty disappointing.
Black clogs
These clogs are amazing! They're so comfy and stylish, and wearing them gives me a confidence boost. I've been walking around in them feeling like I rule the world. And to top it off, I've already received a ton of compliments on them. The quality is outstanding, and I can tell they're built to last for years.
My shoes fell apart after a few hours...
My shoes completely fell apart after just a few hours of wearing them, which was incredibly disappointing. So, I decided to contact customer service about it. Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful or understanding. They basically said that the sole falling off was normal due to the "natural materials" used, and wouldn't let me return the shoes or give me a refund. I was pretty upset by the whole situation, especially considering the shoes cost $250.
Black clogs
SH really messed up with the shipping, they want me to pay extra taxes and duties without guaranteeing a refund from UPS. They're not taking responsibility for the issue and won't take any action until UPS returns the package. It's been weeks and I still haven't received a refund.
Clog sandals
My experience getting my clog sandals delivered was pretty frustrating. They rescheduled it for a day that was super inconvenient for me, so I had to wait around all day for it. Then, on top of that, I started getting sketchy emails and a weird phone call that had all my personal info, which definitely creeped me out about my privacy. I just hope that the clog sandals are better quality than the whole ordeal with the customer service.
Overpriced shipping costs
The shipping costs are way too high! When they send you those shoes, which are honestly not even worth the price and not very comfortable, the cost is ridiculous. Same goes for when you send them back. It's a total of 45€! What a rip-off in every way.
Shoes purchase
The shoes looked great in the picture, but man, when they arrived the quality was seriously lacking. I mean, one of the shoes had some major problems - the size difference between the right and left shoe was pretty noticeable, and one was so poorly sewn that I got blisters right away on the inside of my foot. Can you believe it? And then, when I tried to return them, customer service said no way. They wouldn't take them back for who knows what reason. On top of that, they hit me with all these extra fees for returns, like charging me for shipping AND some weird handling fee. Can you imagine? What a mess.
Uncomfortable shoes, falling apart quickly
Man, these shoes are just awful to wear. They are super uncomfortable and always seem to be falling apart after only a little while. I totally wish I had checked out more reviews before buying them. And don't even get me started on the return policy - it's a mess with those crazy fees. Trust me, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these shoes no matter what.
Shoes not as expected
I had high hopes for these shoes because they were pricey, but I was disappointed. The stitching was uneven, and one shoe was noticeably tighter than the other. I got them at a discount, but I still think I paid too much considering the issues. Returning them was a hassle and cost extra money. Plus, they didn't fit right – too loose even though I ordered a smaller size for my narrow feet.
Sandals purchased in December
I ordered a pair of sandals back in December and paid for them right away. Supposed to come through UPS, but they still haven't shown up. UPS has been struggling to find me or my home, even though I've given them my new details several times. To top it off, I got hit with a $425 charge from a collection agency. Plus, had to fork out extra for taxes too. Honestly, I'm pretty upset about this whole ordeal, especially after dropping nearly $1500 and getting nothing in return.
Expensive shoes, costly delivery
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by my last purchase from this company. I splurged on a pair of shoes that weren't cheap to begin with, but when they showed up, they were way smaller than I thought. It was a bummer because they didn't fit right, and then when I saw how much it would cost to send them back, I was floored! And don't even get me started on the crazy delivery fee to ship them all the way to Ireland. It was just adding insult to injury, for sure.
