Bed in a bag set
At first, I was pretty doubtful because of some bad reviews I read, but I decided to go for it and buy a bed in a bag set. And let me tell you, I'm totally blown away! The set is super soft and cozy, and the style is just my vibe. The prices are amazing, and I'm thrilled that I can keep up with the trends without spending a ton of money. Ordering was easy peasy, and I got my delivery even quicker than I thought - in less than a week! I'm really happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more. You guys are doing a great job!
King sheets, wrong size sent
I just bought some King sheets from this company, but they messed up and sent me Queen sheets instead. I sent back the wrong ones with all the info they needed, hoping for a replacement or my money back. But the customer service folks said they never got 'em. Even after I explained what happened, all they wanted was a tracking number, which I didn't hang onto. Now I'm stuck without the right sheets or my cash because of the company's mistake.
Sheets purchase
I just bought some sheets from this company, and I'm pretty disappointed. The website said they'd be here by a certain date, but they actually arrived way later. The tracking showed that the package went all over the place and now it's stuck in Colorado with no end in sight. Customer service wasn't much help and just blamed everything on the holidays and Covid. Honestly, I feel like I threw my money away on this and I wouldn't suggest buying from them again.
4 goose down pillows
I just bought 4 goose down pillows and man, I am really disappointed. They feel like they forgot to actually fill them with feathers cause they're not even close to being as fluffy and comfy as I thought they'd be. These pillows are just flat and don't give me the support I need for a good night's sleep. I definitely wouldn't suggest these pillows to anyone who cares about quality bedding.
Late Delivery and Lack of Refund
I ordered something from them like a month ago, and it still hasn't shown up. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times, but they keep dodging the issue and won't give me my money back. Their customer service is seriously lacking, and I wish I never bought anything from them. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Comforter purchase
I just bought a comforter from this company and man, it was a big letdown. Waited two whole months and still didn't get what I paid for. Saw that they printed the shipping label but never actually sent the item. Tried hitting up their support team through email and phone calls, but got nothing back. Can't rely on this company at all when it comes to customer service. Total bummer.
King-size bed sheets
I bought some king-size bed sheets and was told they’d be delivered on time. I got an email saying they were shipped, but when I tried to track the package using the FedEx number they gave me, turns out they were out of stock. They really dropped the ball on communication and made false promises.
Bathtub purchase
I just bought a bathtub from this place and it was a total nightmare. The tracking app was a bust, and when I called customer service, I got someone who could hardly speak English and didn't offer any help at all. They said I'd get an email confirmation for delivery but it never showed up, and now after a whole month of waiting for a refund, I've got nothing to show for it. The customer service was the worst, and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
Bathroom Faucets Purchase
I bought some bathroom faucets from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The faucets I got were way bigger than what was advertised on their website, so they're basically useless in my bathrooms. And when I tried to send them back, their customer service was no help at all. They just kept blaming problems at the American warehouse and didn't give me any actual solutions. Turns out, their return policy is a bunch of baloney, and now I'm stuck with three useless faucets and wasted a bunch of money.
Bedding set purchase
I bought a bedding set from this company not too long ago, but I was really let down. The colors were way different from what I saw online, and the quality was just not up to par. I got in touch with Customer Service, and they were nice and responded quickly, but they couldn't give me a full refund. I ended up losing out on my money, which was a bummer. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the whole ordeal, so I'd advise other buyers to watch out for any differences in product quality.
Sheets and comforter
Oh my gosh, this store is super weird! I was gonna get some sheets and a comforter, but then I read all these reviews that totally seem fake. And the website has like a ton of spelling mistakes, it's nuts! Plus, they don't even send you a confirmation email for your order, like come on! It's all really suspicious. I quickly changed my mind and canceled my order. I'm relieved I didn't end up buying anything!
Shower set
I bought this shower set, but it was the wrong one so I sent it back back in October. The company won't give me my money back and they have the nerve to say their warehouse is a complete mess. Christmas is right around the corner and I still haven't received my refund!
