Studio monitor stands purchased
I just bought some studio monitor stands from this company and had a little mishap - one of the stands had a broken knob. But let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. I reached out to them and they promptly sent me a whole new set of stands without making me send back the old ones. The replacement arrived fast and was well packed with bubble wrap. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely buy from them again.
Guitarlele return
I just had to return a guitarlele that we got for my husband as a gift from Sweetwater. Let me tell you, the customer service I got was just amazing. Even though my friend bought it for us, the rep really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly.
