I just had this custom order that got messed up by a computer glitch. So I contacted customer service for some help and this lady named Brandy was the one who assisted me. She was super helpful and on top of things in fixing the problem. Brandy managed to cancel the messed up order and set up a new one for me real quick and easy. I really gotta give her props for the awesome service she gave me during this unexpected mess.

My 8-month-old swimsuit unexpectedly split right down the inner thighs. I spend about 8 to 10 hours in the water each week either doing water aerobics or swimming laps. Luckily, it happened on a weekend so I was able to snag a new swimsuit at a great price. It was delivered quickly and I'm looking forward to seeing how it holds up during the summer when I spend an extra 10 hours in the outdoor pool.

The swimwear products are really well-made, but I ran into some problems with the sizing and exchange policy. On top of that, they charge a $5.99 fee for returns, even if I drop off the item at a "Happy Returns" location in person.

Loyalty reward checkout issue
I had a pretty annoying problem when I tried to use my loyalty rewards at the checkout. It showed on one screen that I could use them, but on the next screen, the option was nowhere to be found. This has happened twice already, so if it keeps happening, I might have to ask for help or wait for a response to this comment.
