Excellent products
Fully satisfied with quality and costing Products are very good Many times I compared prices with outside market but it's better every times.

I just bought some gear from this online fishing store and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how they do business. The people working there really know their stuff and they always answered my questions quickly, whether I called or chatted with them. Plus, they were always honest with me, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Another thing I loved was how fast everything happened - no long waits here. And they had a ton of options to choose from, so I easily found what I was looking for. Oh, and the fast shipping, usually getting my stuff to me the next day, was a nice touch. This store has definitely become my first choice for all my fishing needs.
Online fishing gear purchase
I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the stuff I ordered, but man, FedEx really dropped the ball on the delivery. It took a whole 10 days for my package to show up, even though it was supposed to be free shipping. The tracking info was spotty, so I was left wondering where my package was for way too long. But hey, I can't complain about the quality of the products I got - they were top-notch. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with what the company had to offer. I'll definitely think about buying from them again because they've got a great selection and good customer service.
Lure purchase
I just wanted to share how awesome my shopping experience was with buying a lure from this store. Their website was super easy to use and I found the exact lure I needed without any trouble. Ordering it was a breeze and it came right on time, just like they said it would. I was really happy to see that they actually had the lure in stock when I couldn't find it anywhere else, not even on the manufacturer's site. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and will be back for more stuff.
Asian-inspired fishing gear
The website has a lot of different products for the Asian market, especially Korean stuff. So far, I haven't had any bad experiences with customer service. I really like the daily free gifts and the customer loyalty program - they make my purchases even better. You guys are doing great, keep it up!

I ordered some fishing gear and the website said it would show up in 7-14 business days. But man, it actually took like 2 whole months to deliver! And when it finally got here, it was all scratched up. I was so annoyed! I didn't even bother sending it back because of how long I had to wait for it in the first place.
Spinning reel purchase with Reward Points
I just bought a spinning reel from Tackle Direct online and had a little hiccup using my Reward Points at checkout. But when I called customer service, I was blown away by how helpful and efficient the guy was. He fixed the problem in no time and took care of my order over the phone, applying my Reward Points like I wanted. I was excited to see my reel show up earlier than I thought, and it was in perfect shape. Tackle Direct has never let me down with their service and products.
Online fishing gear purchase
I bought some fishing gear online not too long ago. Most of it showed up pretty quickly, but one item got held up because it was coming from a different warehouse. I waited a bit, but when I didn't hear anything, I called customer service. The person I talked to was really nice and told me what was going on. They said they'd send me a different item to make up for the delay, and it showed up not long after. Can't wait to use it next time I go fishing!
Defective fishing rod
I had a problem with a fishing rod I bought - the blank showed up all bent. When I emailed about it and got no response, I figured I'd give customer service a call. Billy was the one I talked to and he said he'd have Chris get in touch with me about fixing things. Chris said he'd send over a shipping label and I could either get a refund or swap out the messed-up rod. So I sent the rod back and now I'm just waiting to see what happens next.
Fishing rod purchase
I recently got this awesome fishing rod from Tackle Direct and let me tell you, it's fantastic! It arrived in a super sturdy cardboard tube, which was great because it kept it safe during shipping. The communication was excellent, they always kept me updated on the status of my rod. And the shipping was pretty quick as long as the product was in stock at Tackle Direct. Just be careful with those sneaky customs fees, they can really add up!
Pre-order purchase
I just pre-ordered something that wasn't out yet, only to get it really soon after. I wasn't expecting it to be available already, but Tackle Direct came through for me. Their service is always top-notch, just like my past orders. This definitely won't be the last time I buy from them. The rod and reel combo I got from this place was awesome. The quality was amazing, and I caught some really good fish with it. The customer service was super helpful and made the whole shopping experience easy. I was really happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this spot to other fishermen and fisherwomen.
Lure order
I had a really easy time ordering my fishing lures online, everything went smoothly with no problems at all. It was quick and simple. I got my whole order really fast, just a few days after I placed it, which was awesome. Before, I also bought some Gloomis rods from them, and they did a great job packaging them up so they arrived in perfect shape. I’ll definitely be getting more stuff from this company down the line.
