    Super cool t-shirts

    I contacted your customer support service the other day with a question about a possible purchase, but I never got a response. I really needed to hear back soon as a customer in a hurry, so it was frustrating not hearing back. I hope you guys can work on getting back to customers faster so you can keep up the good customer service.

    Backcountry goggles order

    I had a terrible experience with this company that makes me doubt their ability to handle even the most basic transactions. My boyfriend's friend ordered goggles for him on Tactics, but the order got canceled because the shipping address didn't match the billing address, which apparently raised red flags for their "fraud protection" team. It's unbelievable how they couldn't figure this out, especially during the holidays when address differences are common. And the worst part? They didn't bother to tell us about the issue until we called them ourselves to track down the order. The customer service agent we talked to was rude, unhelpful, and didn't offer any solutions besides placing a new order – without even offering to expedite the shipping. Now my boyfriend is stuck with his old beat-up Oakley goggles for his big backcountry trip. The lack of communication and accountability from management is frustrating, and I doubt they will do anything to fix this. I'm a ski pro, and I'll definitely warn my colleagues to avoid this company.

    Splitboard Bindings

    I wanted to buy splitboard bindings. I made an order & received confirmation of it. BUT they didn't charge money from card. I thought: "Ok, let's wait".

    3 weeks passed - nothing happened. I wrote to a support and they told me that my order was suspicious so they canceled it. I asked why they didn't even send a notification and I received this answer from support: " Unfortunately when our fraud prevention team cancels an order within our system there is no notification." What the hell? How I should know about that if you don't even tell me that something was wrong?

    Now I can't buy these bindings coz they are out of stock. Thank you tactics. Thank you so f#ck$ng much."
