Electronic device purchase
I just bought this gadget from Tanga and at first, I was all impressed with the killer price I snagged it for. But let me tell ya, it didn't work like I thought it would. So, I had to go through the whole return process and deal with the warranty I got. Despite the hassle, Tanga's customer service blew me away. They sorted out all the return labels quick and easy, and I got my money back fast. They were on top of replying to my emails and giving me top-notch support the whole time. I gotta say, they really nailed the customer service game.
Curtains
I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first since I'd never heard of it before and the prices seemed too good to be true. But after looking into it, I decided to go for it and buy some curtains. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived quickly and were exactly what I wanted. It looks like they're more of a third-party seller, but the prices can't be beat, especially since my curtains came directly from a popular store's warehouse. Tanga is definitely my new favorite place to shop now.
Clothing items
I just got some clothes from this online store and I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with how everything went down. Ordering was a breeze, I found what I wanted without a hitch. The customer service team was top-notch, handled an issue I had like pros. They really cared about fixing things for me. The prices were fair for the quality I got. Shipping was quick and my stuff came in perfect shape. Can't complain one bit about my shopping trip here, definitely would tell others to check it out.
Stainless steel water bottles
The stainless steel water bottles I bought were top-notch and a great deal, but man, the packaging was a major letdown. They shoved all three bottles into this flimsy plastic envelope, which ended up smashing one of them during shipping. When you're sending delicate stuff like these bottles, you need to pack 'em right, and it was obvious that they didn't do that here. If they had used a bubble envelope or even wrapped each bottle in bubble wrap, that damage could've been avoided.
Got a cool beanie
I bought this really cool beanie online, but it ended up going to the wrong person. They gave me a refund, but it stinks because I was really looking forward to that beanie. The postal service said the label had the wrong info on it, so maybe they gave me the wrong tracking number. The store got back to me quickly, but it would've been nice to have a phone number to call instead of just emailing.
Water flosser purchase
I just got a water flosser from this place, and man, it was quite a ride. Ordering was easy peasy, and I lucked out getting the last one at a killer deal. But when the package showed up, I was relieved and bummed at the same time. The box looked like it had been roughed up, and the flosser bag was torn open. Obviously not brand spankin' new, but the cord and tips were in great shape. I'm happy with what I got, but not super stoked about the packaging drama.
Phone accessories
I just bought some phone accessories from this website and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how nice they are. The prices are pretty good and they even do free shipping which is awesome. They have a really good selection of stuff and you can find things that you wouldn't see anywhere else. I checked out prices at my local stores and Tanga definitely has better deals. I totally recommend giving their website a look, you won't be disappointed!
Backpack
I recently got this really awesome backpack from this website, and man, it's amazing! The shipping wasn't super quick, and I ran into a few issues with customer service, but the prices are really great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm seriously thinking about buying from them instead of Amazon next time I need something.
Tablet purchase
The ad for the tablet I bought was totally misleading. It made me think the tablet had all these cool learning games and coloring pages for kids, but it was really just a plain old doodling tablet. It’s fine for saving paper, but I was bummed that it didn’t have all the stuff the ad promised.
Outdoor Patio Furniture
I ordered a patio set that came in 2 boxes. Put together the items in one of the boxes and realized the furniture is very small for even average size people. I have reached out to the company several times on their website to talk about returning the whole order or at a minimum the box that hasn't been put together and no one has contacted me. They have no customer service phone number but I found a number to their office in Arizona and have left several messages for someone to call me and as of yet- no response and it has been almost a month! At this point I guess I am out the cost of the patio furniture and will never ever purchase anything from Tanga.com due to horrible customer service.
