Eye glasses
So, me and my mom decided to check out Target Optical for some new eye glasses. They had a ton of cool options, and we managed to find the perfect pair in no time. The delivery came really fast, but we had to send them back 'cause they were too big for my face. Luckily, the return process was a breeze. However, the whole insurance thing has been a total nightmare. It's been forever and it's still not straightened out. It's like trying to untangle a mess of knotted headphones. Total drag, man. We thought it was all fixed, but then it turned out it wasn't. What a headache. They offered a discount, but it's only for online orders, and we're not down to take that risk again. Thanks, but no thanks.
Glasses purchase
I just got some new glasses from this optical store, and let me tell you, it was a great experience. They had a lot of options to pick from, and the process of ordering was easy and quick. I had a great time at that optical store. The folks there were super nice and really assisted me in finding a fantastic pair of trendy glasses. Everything went really smoothly, and they even gave me a hand picking out the best frames for my face. The only little issue was that my glasses took a bit longer to come in because of some lab problems, but they took care of it quickly and I was happy with how they turned out. I just went to the eyeglasses section at that big red bullseye store and let me tell you, it was actually really nice. The staff, especially the one named after a fancy jewelry brand, was super helpful and really paid attention to me while I was picking out my glasses. Not only did she give great customer service, but she also made sure I felt like my opinion mattered. And the store was so clean and organized, it made shopping there pretty fun. I walked out feeling really happy and content with my new glasses purchase.
Prescription glasses
I needed some new prescription glasses, so I thought I'd check out this optical store. To my surprise, I got my glasses in just a week, which was actually pretty quick since my prescription is pretty strong. They fit great and my prescription was right on point. All in all, I was really impressed with how fast and good the service was at this optical store.
Contact lenses
My recent visit to the optical store was a total let-down. I ordered contact lenses for my husband, who really needs them to see, and we were shocked when Target Optical said they placed an order we never asked for. We were counting on those lenses because my husband can't pay for them without insurance. It's frustrating and disappointing that they couldn't help us out or fix the mistake.
Prescription glasses
I had a really great time at the eye doctor's office the other day. I had to get new glasses and was looking for a place that could work with my busy schedule. The lady who helped me out was super nice, knew her stuff, and got everything done quickly. She helped me figure out my insurance and placed the order for my glasses right away. It was an easy and fast process, and I was happy with my new glasses. I'll definitely go back to that store again in the future.
Saving money, great experience
Man, getting my glasses from that place was great! The savings were incredible, way better than where I used to go. The people working there were really friendly and helped me find the perfect frames. Trying on all those different glasses was a blast, and I ended up picking out the ones I absolutely love. I'm so excited to show them off at school!
In store glasses
I bought prescription glasses at a target store near me over two years ago. Yesterday I lost a nosepiece on my glasses. I took them in to target to see about replacing the missing part. Within a couple of minutes they fixed my glasses and cleaned them. No charge to me and my frames are almost new. Very nice and helpful. Definitely going back.
Quick delivery and easy order process
I went and got me some new glasses the other day and it was a breeze. The folks at the shop were real friendly and I got through the whole ordering thing real quick. And before I knew it, I had my brand new glasses in hand!
Online order sunglasses
I ordered some sunglasses online and they were amazing! I got a pair with my prescription and they turned out really good. I was super happy with how quickly they got here and the quality. I definitely recommend them!
New glasses
I needed some new glasses, so I figured Target Optical would be a good place to get them. But man, was I mistaken! I placed my order on March 9th and they claimed to have shipped them out. However, UPS said they never received them! I tried reaching out through calls, emails, chats, you name it, but no luck. Finally, after 6 days, I got an email saying they would send out a new order the next day. It's been another 3 days and still nothing! They keep requesting to confirm my prescription and address, even though they already had that information. It's now March 20th and I still haven't received my glasses. On top of all that, they billed my insurance without even delivering the glasses yet! I'm beyond frustrated, I'm ready to report this disaster to the Better Business Bureau!
Contact lenses purchase
I just bought some contact lenses at the eye doctor's office and it didn't go too smoothly. The whole process felt old-fashioned and slow, which ended up making me wait longer to get my order. The customer service didn't seem too concerned about my issues and didn't keep me in the loop very well. I depend on glasses and contacts to see, so it was really frustrating to have such a bumpy experience. I think they could definitely do better with how they handle orders and talk to customers.
Contact order issue
I got some contact lenses at this big store with all the stuff, you know, and I also had my eyes checked there to make sure they were the right ones. But even after giving them everything they needed, I never got my contacts. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times to try and fix the problem, but every time they said they'd take care of it, nothing ever happened. Finally, they canceled my order because they said my prescription didn't match up, but they still charged me for the contacts that I never got! It was a mess.
Eyeglasses adjustments
I recently went to Target Optical to get my glasses fixed and it didn't go well. I had to go back twice because they messed up my lenses both times. The first time, I thought it was just a fluke, but when it happened again, I was really let down. As soon as I got my glasses back, I saw that the lenses were all messed up and I couldn't see right. I had to go without my glasses for 1-2 weeks each time, which was annoying.
Contacts
This has been the worst experience I've had with ordering contacts. I decided to give them a try because they seemed to be the cheapest at the time; this ended up being such a headache. The main reason I chose this site to order from was because they were within my insurance network. They were supposed to apply the insurance at checkout and they failed to notify me that I was ordering the contacts 10 days too early, meaning my insurance would not pay for it (ridiculous insurance rules, I know). However, they should have notified me of this issue before they processed the order since my insurance was obviously given.
I returned the contacts to get a refund due to this issue and it has been much more of a headache than it should have been and has taken them over there "max 15 business days" to process the refund (since they arrived at their warehouse). I would NOT recommend ordering from this amateur site. I would go with 1-800 contacts or contacts direct; MUCH easier process. Even being out of network, it cost me basically the same $$ to get the same contacts with less hassle.Prescription Glasses
Absolute worst experience. Ordered prescription glasses online because that was what my insurance provided. Received glasses in decent amount of time. The made them in the wrong prescription, the axis was supposed to be 80, they made 08. Requested replacement glasses with correct prescription. Two weeks later still no glasses, and not they are saying they were never ordered.
Prescription glasses
I visited target optical and purchased a pair of glasses. After insurance, I paid the balance of $262.00. I did not purchase the extra insurance. After 3 months, I noticed iridescent specs on my lenses. I think the coating was defective. I tried to return them, but I was offered no help because I didn’t buy that insurance. What happened to standing behind a product? The customer service was awful!!! I will not return!! Be warned!
