Girl, let me tell you about Tarte cosmetics. They are seriously so hit or miss, like it's frustrating sometimes! I tried out their clay eyeshadow palettes and I was expecting them to be amazing, but they were a total letdown. Barely any pigment, no staying power, just a complete flop. I had to return those babies ASAP.
But then, I gave the Maneater palette a shot and it was like a whole new world! The colors are so vibrant and creamy, they apply like a dream, super pigmented, minimal fallout, and they have all the finishes I could ever ask for. And don't even get me started on the Sweet Tarte Cravings palette, it's seriously perfection!
Oh, and let's talk about their fake awake waterline eyeliner. It's my holy grail for looking alive after a wild night out. The peachy cream shade is just magic, it works wonders!Makeup purchase
Let me tell you about my recent order. I was so excited to receive my new makeup items, but when the package finally arrived, some products were missing! It was such a bummer. But I have to say, the customer service team was amazing and sent out replacements right away. Props to them! Despite the missing items, the products are really great, especially the foundation. It's seriously like magic. One thing I would suggest to the company is maybe using less flashy packaging to prevent any more missing items during shipping. Just a friendly suggestion.

I wanted to share an experience I had with the QuickStick product. I ended up getting four faulty sticks, all priced at $28 each. But, when I got in touch with customer service, I was happy with how things turned out. Keisy, the rep I talked to, was really professional and got everything fixed. I'm grateful for the fair solution they gave me and I'll definitely keep buying from them in the future.

I just bought something from this brand and got a damaged item. But man, the customer service team was so helpful and gave me a refund super fast. They don't do exchanges or replacements for international customers, but they took care of my problem right away. I was really happy with how efficient and professional their customer service was.
