Delayed T-shirt delivery
I ordered a t-shirt back on December 22nd, 2023 with an expected delivery date of January 8th, 2024. Unfortunately, the shirt didn't show up on time, so I got in touch with customer support. They handled everything really well and gave me the option of a free replacement shirt or a refund. I went with the replacement shirt, but even that didn't come on the promised delivery date. So, I contacted support again and they were super helpful. The package ended up arriving a bit late because of a missing part of the address label, but despite the delay, I felt like they took good care of me. Plus, the quality of the t-shirt is top-notch. So, I'm giving them 5 stars.
Custom apparel purchase
I just wanted to share my experience as a customer at Teespring. I recently bought some custom apparel from them and I gotta say, the whole process was super easy and quick. Their website was so easy to navigate, which made it a breeze to design my own products exactly the way I wanted. They had so many choices to pick from, I was able to create something completely unique and personalized. Plus, the quality of the materials they used was top-notch, way better than I expected. The final product turned out awesome! I'm definitely happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.
awesome t-shirt design
Oh my gosh, I got this really awesome t-shirt from here and it's amazing, seriously! The design is so cool and I was super excited to put it on. But then, there was a tiny little issue with the printing on it. I was a little disappointed, but then I reached out to customer service and they were so quick and helpful! Michelle took care of the problem right away and made sure I was satisfied. The whole experience was smooth and the team was really friendly and responsive. I would totally recommend them, 10/10!
Oversized shirt order
I ordered a shirt from this company not too long ago, but sadly, it turned out to be way too big for me. Thankfully, when I reached out to their customer service team, they were super helpful and agreed to send me a new shirt in the right size, no questions asked. I was really impressed by how easy and fast everything went. The replacement shirt arrived, fits perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
My custom t-shirt order
I got some really cool shirts from this one place, but when they showed up, half of them had these strange lines on the print and were all crooked and messed up. I reached out to customer service for help, but they took forever to get back to me and then ghosted me when I tried to follow up. I mean, come on? All you have to do is print shirts, how difficult is it to get it right? I've been putting up with this nonsense for two years, but I'm done. I can't deal with this sketchy situation anymore.
T Shirt Purchase
I just bought a T-shirt from this company and man, was I let down by the quality. As soon as it showed up, I could tell that the fabric was super thin, like seriously, it felt as thin as paper. I only wore it a few times over the past four months and it's already looking worn out. I definitely won't be getting anything else from this company again.
Cozy hoodie, perfect design
This hoodie is just so comfy and I love how the design is right on the front. The material feels really nice, great quality for sure. I contacted the support team with some questions, and they were super helpful and obviously knew what they were doing, which was awesome. I'm overall really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. God Bless, Gary!
XL t-shirt received as a Large
Customer service really came through for me when I had an issue. I ordered an XL t-shirt but got a Large instead. Renz was on it and helped me get a replacement order sorted out quickly and with no fuss. I gotta give them props for the top-notch customer service they provided!
Lost order, quick replacement offer
They were really quick to respond when my order got lost and even offered to replace it when it got delivered to my neighbor by mistake. I appreciate how helpful they were and their efforts to make things right.
Soft and comfortable t-shirt
The t-shirt I got was so soft and comfy, just what I was looking for. Plus, the design was top-notch - didn't fade at all after washing. Gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my buy overall.
T-shirts purchase
The customer service was absolutely terrible. I mean, they didn't even bother letting me know about any delays - I had to be the one to reach out to them. And get this, as soon as I pushed for a refund, out of nowhere they decided to ship my order. But let me tell you, when the t-shirts finally arrived, they were super low quality. The print was all messed up, and after barely washing them once, they totally warped. Talk about not worth all the trouble, right?
Custom t-shirt purchase
I ordered a custom t-shirt from this website and everything seemed good at first. But when it was time to get paid for the sales, the website kept all of my profit. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I haven't gotten any response. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm really upset by their lack of communication and honesty. I hope they face consequences for what they did. I just want the money that I earned so I can move on from this frustrating situation.
Overpriced merch
Just wanted to give y'all a heads up about this site - think twice before using it. I tried opening a merch store and it was a total disaster. The support was terrible, and it took forever to get my money. On top of that, they take a big chunk of your earnings, so you're basically left with nothing. Do yourself a favor and find another spot for your merch stuff.
Charity plushies
I ordered some charity plushies back in March of last year, with an estimated shipping range of April to May. After waiting patiently for almost a year, I got a package today only to find out it wasn't what I had originally ordered. Talk about a major letdown! I had to reach out to customer support multiple times, and each time they just kept making empty promises. Now I'm stuck dealing with this whole situation all over again.
