the shotgun cleaning kit is damn great
I purchased the shotgun cleaning kit and its really good
i am using ot for a while, it gives much better results than i thought it would be
tekmat has a lifetime warranty which is really good
apart from that, they have the accessories to which is worth to check out
Also, they have good services which is helpful too and quite nice

Ordered it 4 days ago and the from what the site says still ni shipping or tracking #. I have messaged them and waited 24 hours with no replays and I was nicely asking how long it takes to ship. Messaged them again yesterday and told them I will never order from there company again because they cant even reply back. Shit customer service. Google xfire arm cleaning mats for the gun tour looking for and there are other places to order from

I placed an order back in November for three items. I received two of the three items, but have not received the third item.
I requested a refund for the missing item and have not received anything to-date. I called at least 6 times and have been told one lie after another. I submitted a request through their website and have never received a response.
I will never buy anything from this company again. They have terrible customer service and simply ignore any customer service issues.
I would recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this company think twice about it. There is no hope of getting a refund if you never receive your order.

Tekmat LCP 2
I purchased this Item beginning of Dec 2020 and still have not received Item. I have sent multiple emails and no reply's. I have called now twice and no answer first call 35 min, second 1hr. Maybe they are monitoring review since not helping customers any other way.
