After placing my first order on 10/21/20 and two days later seeing it was still in the confirmed status, I became a little leery, so on 10/23/20, I attempted to cancel the order.
Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, I purchased it in their "marketplace," so we needed to wait for the seller to respond. On 10/25/20, I received an email from the seller indicating they already shipped the item, although I never received a tracking number. On 10/27/20, at approximately 10:00 am, I contacted the seller again to cancel my order.
Yes, you guessed it. Ironically I received a message at 10:00 pm 10/27/20, providing me with a tracking number this time (how convenient.) Here are my USPS findings:

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item
STERLING HEIGHTS, MI 48310
A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 5:58 pm on October 27, 2020 in STERLING HEIGHTS, MI 48310. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
Clearly, the seller decided to "create" a shipping label on 10/27/20 but has yet to send off the book. The book that I made numerous attempts to CANCEL!!!
I contacted TEXTBOOKX for assistance, and this is the email I received:

Thank you for contacting Textbookx Customer Service. I would be happy to assist you today.
It does take 24-48 hours for shipping to update in the system. At this time USPS is dealing with a large back log of election related mail. All returns and cancelations of marketplace items are at the discretion of the seller.
On that note, I do not recommend purchasing from TEXTBOOKX or their marketplace/3rd party sellers!!!
