Closet design service
The Container Store seriously has the best design service ever, no joke! You get to hop on a video call with this super cool consultant named Natalie. She totally nailed helping me plan out my "His" and "Her" closets with shoe drawers, hanging spaces, and all that jazz. The design tool they have is actually really fun to play around with, and Natalie is a total pro at using it. And get this - the whole thing ended up costing $5000 less than if I had gone to Home Depot! Plus, the deliveries were crazy fast and everything arrived on time, except for one drawer that got a little crushed. But no biggie, customer service was on it and sent me a replacement super quick! They even hooked me up with a new standard for free when I realized I had messed up my measurements. Overall, it was such a great experience and I'll definitely be going back there again, and you better believe I'm telling all my friends about it too.

After a long silence of activities ,I also started some daily usable collections Financially shattered these days ,Every penny make some sense to spend .To avail some offers relaxation this shop suited me .
Selection of products is not so easy when financially scared. More then fifteen percent offers is not a small for me or unlike me.

I just bought 8 fridge bins from this store and got one that was damaged during shipping. But when I reached out to customer service about it, they were super helpful and quick to respond. They gave me the choice of getting a new bin or a refund. Since it was coming from abroad, I decided on the refund and they handled it really quickly. The bins that made it in good shape are awesome quality and have been a huge help in keeping my fridge organized.

I just bought a closet organization system from this store and I gotta say, I am super happy with the quality of the product. The staff there really knew their stuff and gave me top-notch customer service, helping me pick out just the right solution. The price was reasonable for how well-made and useful the product is. Plus, the delivery was quick and easy, so I'm really pleased with my purchase.
Storage bins, shelves
The ordering process was a total nightmare. I reached out for help with my order, but they gave me the wrong info not just once, but twice! And to top it off, when my product did finally show up, it was the wrong one. Now I've gotta fork over cash to send it back, and they didn't even provide a return label. This whole situation is ridiculous, especially 'cause I'm older and don't have any stores close by to return the item. Customer service and supervisors were zero help. You better believe next time I'll just order straight from the manufacturer to avoid all this mess.
Gift card purchase
I can't believe it took them over a week just to ship a gift card that I bought online. Their customer service wasn't much help either - they just told me to wait until next week if it doesn't show up by then. Like, come on, just stick the card in an envelope and send it out! Amazon can deliver stuff overnight, so why can't they? This is definitely the first and last time I'm ordering from this place.

I bought some storage containers from this place recently and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch! My order was taking a while, so I reached out for help. Closet organizer and storage bins
My time at the Container Store was so frustrating. I bought a bunch of closet organizers and bins, spending over $500. I was really excited to organize my space, but it quickly turned into a letdown because of how badly the store was run. The first problem was when one of the shelves I got was missing a foot. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just told me to go buy a replacement somewhere else. That lack of responsibility and support was just not cool. The second issue came up when I had to return something. Even though there was a store nearby, not having prepaid return labels made it a hassle and costly. It's kind of surprising to see a company with such outdated return policies in this day and age of online shopping. Overall, my experience at the Container Store was a bummer and left me feeling pretty disheartened. I'd recommend folks to avoid this outdated and inefficient company.
Shelving unit
If you don't mind waiting forever for your order to show up and getting a bunch of annoying spam emails, then this is the place to shop! I ordered a shelving unit and after 10 days, I had no clue where it was. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - some rude lady kept dodging my questions and then just hung up on me. And let's not even talk about how there were zero shipping updates or tracking numbers. It's a complete mess!
Storage containers
So, I was super pumped to order these storage containers from the store to help clean up my crazy closet situation. But, once I placed the order, I got hit with the bad news that there was some problem with it and that they'd sort it out soon. Well, it's been weeks and I haven't heard a peep! I even tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but all I got was some generic message telling me to talk to the store myself. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I thought they were a big-deal company, but now I'm not so sure.

Man, I thought I finally found the perfect spot to get my life together with those storage bins from the store. But, dang, their credit rules are just straight-up crazy. I made all my payments on schedule, and out of nowhere they go ahead and shut down my account! Not very cool customer service, if you ask me. Definitely not going back there anytime soon.

My trip to the store today was a total nightmare. The cashier I dealt with was so frustrating and rude. I had to straight up tell her she was bothering me and to back off. It was a really crappy experience, especially since I've been shopping there for years. Luckily, another employee jumped in and saved the day by helping me out quickly. This whole situation has me thinking about changing how I shop - maybe I'll just start getting my stuff delivered so I don't have to deal with that kind of crappy service in person.
Trash can labels
I bought some trash can labels from this store not too long ago, and man, was I let down by the quality. Those labels were flimsy and downright stubborn to peel off, even after I tried soaking them for a couple of days. It's a real bummer to throw down cash for something that can't even meet the most basic standards. The Container Store really needs to step up their game when it comes to their labels, especially since they're charging top dollar for them. It's just not right.
Shopping cart purchase
I just bought a shopping cart from this store and it broke after a year. I called customer service but they wouldn't help since it was out of warranty. It's like this store only cares about making money and doesn't care about keeping customers happy. I'd recommend shopping somewhere else to save yourself some cash.
