Excellent products
Little bit disappointed here Normally my all shopping either of dress apparels for golf from Budget Golf But after Covid relief first time ordered few apparels and accessories from TGW
Like spike shoes ,bags and colored balls Though not important what i ordered I was informed that parcel will be delivered after three days from today as i am close to one store of TGW No problem,but date missed by them with a unacceptable reason
I called up and i was told wrong parcel shipped due to similar name ,so we have despatched your parcel yesterday when first one returned back
I have no reason to accept it.And finally delivered it on sixth dayNo complain about products ,that is fine but mentioned problem have its own importance.Iron purchase for Christmas
I recently got my husband an iron as a Christmas present from this store. The shopping experience overall was okay, but there were a couple of little problems along the way. My husband shops here a lot and always gets his stuff quickly and is happy with the quality. But when I tried to use a coupon code for the golf club, it didn't work, which was a bummer. And on Black Friday, there was a $9.99 shipping fee, which seemed kinda high for a holiday sale. Despite these issues, the online shopping went smoothly and the product got to us in good shape and was what we expected.
Cart bag
I just got a cart bag from this online golf store, and let me tell you, their customer service totally blew me away. I called up and actually talked to a real person right off the bat. They went out of their way to make sure my bag would get to me in time for my tournament. It's nice to see a business that really cares about giving great, personalized service and is willing to hop on the phone to help out customers. I'll definitely be coming back for more, and this is the only place I'll be getting my golf gear from now on.
Recent golf club purchase
I recently bought some golf clubs at this store, and let me tell you, I am super impressed. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and I'm so happy that I did. The communication about my order, shipping, and delivery was excellent. The product came when they said it would, and the golf clubs are even better than I expected. I've spent about $1,600 on golf stuff since October, and I have only good things to say about this store. TGW is now my go-to golf shop, and I will definitely be shopping there again.
Greg Norman clothing purchase
The Greg Norman clothing I bought on this site totally blew me away. The quality is amazing and just right for the hot weather like they said. Not to mention, the fit was spot on, and the fabric is easy to take care of, making it perfect for everyday wear. I was so happy with my first purchase that I couldn't resist ordering more shirts today, especially with the great prices on the website.
Golf shoes purchase
Oh my gosh, I got these amazing golf shoes from TGW and let me tell you, I was so stoked! The shoes arrived right on schedule and they are seriously comfortable. I usually wear special inserts in my shoes, and these shoes let me swap out the insoles for my custom ones, which is pretty awesome! And can we talk about the price? It was such a good deal, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm totally going back to TGW for my next pair of golf shoes because they really nailed it this time!
Comfy Skechers Golf Shoes
I just got myself a new pair of Skechers golf shoes from this online store, and man, let me tell you, they feel like I'm walking on clouds! I used to only wear FootJoy, but now I'm all about Skechers. The mesh style is great for those scorching hot days on the course. TGW is awesome - they've got amazing prices, super quick shipping, and their customer service is top-notch. I've never had any problems with them, which is rare for online stores nowadays. Multiple orders, great products
I absolutely love ordering from this place! Seriously, every time I order, I get exactly what I want and it arrives right on time. I haven't had any problems at all. Their shirts and shorts are so cool, and the prices are just amazing!
golf apparel
Made my order on December 6th - golf apparel. 2 weeks passed - nothing. I contacted Customer Service - told me they would check into the delay. Christmas came and went - still no answer from TGW on my inquiry. I wrote a summary of what happened, and tried to post a critical review on their website - they informed me they would not post my review. 2 weeks later - still nothing / no response, no answers - nothing. Im convinced if I didnt pursue the matter, the order would disappear and be forgotten - they were quick to accept payment for the article however.
