    Stohlquist Ebb Life Jacket in Green, Size L/XL

    So, I ended up getting the Stohlquist Ebb Life Jacket in Green, Size L/XL after my girlfriend suggested it to me. She had one just like it and loved it, so I thought, why not? And let me tell you, I'm super impressed. This life jacket fits me like a glove and is so dang comfy to wear on my kayaking trips. The material is top-notch and feels tough, which puts my mind at ease when I'm out on the water. Ordering from The House was a breeze, no problems there. It did take a bit longer than expected to get my package, but it still made it in time for my last kayaking escapade. All in all, I'm beyond happy with my purchase and would totally recommend this life jacket to anyone looking for a solid and comfy PFD.

    I recently did some online shopping and was pretty stoked to have a few coupon codes to save me some cash. I like that the store is local and has a good range of products, but I had some trouble getting the codes to work at checkout. I tried using Holiday15 and jolly20 in December, but they didn't lower the total cost like they were supposed to. It's frustrating and makes me feel like I'm being scammed, even though it's probably just a glitch. These kind of issues definitely make me question the store's reliability. What's the point of using coupon codes if they don't do anything? I hope they get this website problem fixed soon so us customers can have an easier time shopping.

    Bought four winter wear from their one brand The North Face vest,jackets for myself,and kids as my better half not available these days and no possibility to join us in winter.
    None of items are rejectable, quality confirming ,these are quite sufficient to protect even in zero degree temperature and cold air pressure.
    There are thousands of sellers who are engage to sell winter wears today but despite spending big money ,many of them are not sufficient to protect real cold season.I have visited more then ten web sites in search of winter wear,but quality and prices didn't matched anywhere.
    This is why I bought from The House.

    Purchased snowboard gear

    I just wanted to mention how impressed I am with my shopping experience at this store. I bought a snowboard with bindings and boots right before Christmas, and then decided to add a helmet, gloves, and goggles the next day. Despite the holiday rush, both orders are coming the day after Christmas. I'm amazed at how quickly the shipping was, especially during this busy season. The deals they have are incredible, and the staff is super helpful. This is definitely the best online shopping experience I've ever had. If you need snow gear, this is the place to go.

    I ran into a problem with how slow my order was being shipped, so I reached out to customer service for help. This guy, Chase, really went out of his way to change the shipping speed so I could get my package on time. I was seriously impressed with how fast and well he took care of things.     Tall and thin jacket

    I left a 3-star review since I wasn't quite satisfied with my experience so far. The jacket I ordered ended up being too long and slim for my liking, so I followed their return instructions and sent it back. I have the FedEx receipt, but I haven't received any news regarding my refund yet. Depending on how they handle the refund, my rating could either be a 5-star or a 1-star. Just wanted to update my review to 5 stars because they handled the refund process smoothly and quickly. Thank you for that.

    Ski pants purchase

    I bought some ski pants from The House but they were too small, so I had to exchange them for a bigger size. The return and exchange went really smoothly thanks to the helpful customer service team. I did have a bit of trouble checking the money transactions though, because I only saw one transaction and wasn't sure if the exchange went through. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm happy with my new ski pants.

    Tent purchase

    I just bought a tent from The House and had a little problem with the shipping - the tracking didn't show up on USPS at first. But, the customer support people at The House were really quick and helpful in sorting it out. The tent got here with all the seams sealed up and is good to go for my next trip. Only downside is, the floor plan isn't quite as comfy for my cot as I thought it would be.

    Hoodies, good deal

    I recently snagged some hoodies from that store and it was a total steal. The stuff was in awesome shape and the prices were super fair. But the shipping bag wasn't sealed right and that kind of bugged me. Not sure if it was the store or FedEx's fault, but it made me a bit wary. Despite that hiccup, I'm pretty happy with the quality of what I got.

    Didn't get my order!

    I ordered something from The House like a month ago and it still hasn't shown up. Their chat thing ain't working, the hotline stays busy, and all I get from customer service is those automated emails. I'm kinda stuck here, but I ain't gonna quit! The seller's gotta get FedEx to look into those lost orders, so now I'm just sitting here, all nervous, waiting to see what happens.

    Purchased a bicycle with a shipping mishap

    Well, let me tell you, someone really messed up big time with my order when it came to shipping. The first bike I bought somehow ended up in Chicago instead of making its way over here to California. But hey, the company did fix things by sending me a new bike super fast, and they even waived the original shipping fee. I was glad they fixed it so quickly, but man, dealing with all the back and forth was a real pain. And wouldn't you know it, the new bike they sent me had a faulty tube, but they did hurry up and send me a replacement without charging me extra. Customer service was alright overall, but that shipping mix-up really threw a wrench in things.
