Despite ordering weeks ago, my order still says it's processing with no info on when it'll get here. I've sent emails and tried calling, but got no response.     Waiting for return label and form

    It's been such a long time since I ordered from this place and still no return label or form! I've been waiting for like two weeks already, and all I just want is to send back my stuff. I even reached out to my credit card company because the Kooples are nowhere to be found! They keep promising to reach out, but it never happens! What's going on, Kooples? I simply want to return my order, shouldn't that be easy enough?

    Online purchase issue

    Hey everyone! So, I ordered some things online and now I need to return them, but guess what? No return label! I've been trying to reach out to them through the website and even called customer service, but no dice. I finally got through once, and they said a return label would be sent to me in 72 hours, but it's been crickets since then. I can't even locate an address to send it back on my own.     expensive clothes, customer service issue

    I bought some expensive clothes not long ago and had a pretty bad customer service situation. I've been waiting ages for a refund, going on four months now, and it's really been getting on my nerves. First, the company said they only got two of the three items I sent back. But after they confirmed they got everything, they still kept saying they'd give me my money back without actually doing it. They take forever to get back to me and when they do, it's a bunch of empty promises. It's just so frustrating to be lied to over and over and still not have any of the money I'm owed.

    Two items bought online

    I bought two things online not too long ago, and let me tell you - the customer service was a major letdown. It took a whole six months for them to finally charge my bank account, and when they did, it was way more than what I was originally told. It's not cool at all, it's almost like they're trying to scam me. I've been sending them emails trying to sort this out, but no luck. If they keep ignoring me, I'll definitely get a lawyer involved.

    Bad Shirt

    I got this shirt from here and you won't believe it. It was a total disaster. I mean, it had holes and all. I tried reaching out to customer service for, like, two weeks straight, but no one got back to me. I even tried calling the number but it was a dead end.     A frustrating experience

    I had the worst time dealing with this company recently. I bought something online, but when I got it, it was the wrong size. I wanted to return it, but there was no return label in the package. I went online to check my order history, but it wasn't there at all. I was so confused and annoyed. I tried reaching out to customer service on their site, but got no response. I even called them a bunch of times, but every time I did, I couldn't understand the person on the other end. This whole thing has been a total nightmare trying to return my order and get my money back.

    Tank tops and jeans

    Oh my gosh, I can't even handle this place! I bought some tank tops and jeans, but they didn't fit right so I had to return them. Then they went and lost my return package, can you believe it? Now I'm stuck without my cute clothes or my money! I tried calling them twice, but both times I got disconnected. Like seriously, what's up with that?     Skinny jeans and a leather jacket

    So, I got these super cute skinny jeans and a leather jacket from this store. But it seriously took me a total of THREE phone calls to finally get a return shipping label from them! Every time I called, the person was so nice and said they'd send it within a week, but it never came. It was beyond frustrating! Finally, on that third call, the person just kept me on the line until I actually received the email with the shipping label. I mean, come on, why couldn't they have done that the first time around?
