A Review of The Tie Bar
I have been a customer of The Tie Bar for a few years now, and I have to say that I am consistently impressed with the quality of their products and the level of service they provide.
One of the things that I appreciate most about The Tie Bar is the wide variety of ties and accessories that they offer. Whether I'm looking for a classic solid-colored tie or something a bit more unique and patterned, I know that I can find it on their website. And, with new styles added frequently, I always have fresh options to choose from.
Another thing that sets The Tie Bar apart from other online retailers is the quality of their products. The ties are made from high-quality materials and are well-constructed, which means that they hold up well over time and look great every time I wear them. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to other retailers that sell similar products at much higher prices.
The customer service is also top-notch. Whenever I've had a question or concern, the customer service team has been quick to respond and always helpful. They've even gone out of their way to assist me in finding a specific item, which I really appreciated.

The ties at this store are seriously amazing. I found exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank like some other fancy brands. The ties are really good quality and I'm super happy with my purchase. They just added some business shirts to their collection too, and they're awesome. The quality is great and so are the prices. Plus, the shipping all the way to Australia was surprisingly quick. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Last-minute prom order
Last-minute prom shopping for my son was surprisingly easy, all thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They fixed our order mistake right away and made sure we got everything on time. Plus, the products were really high quality.
Tie Bar Purchase
I recently bought something from this company and had a pretty awful time with their return policy. I did what they said to return the item over a month ago, but still haven't gotten the refund they promised. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times, but haven't heard anything back. It's really unprofessional and super annoying that they're not keeping their end of the deal. I'll definitely be more cautious about buying from them again in the future.
Ties, poor quality, return policy
I recently bought some ties from this place and man, was I let down. The colors of the ties I got were nowhere near what was shown on the website. The blue and green ties looked almost black instead of the bright, lively colors I was looking forward to. Even the red tie, which was the closest match to the online picture, ended up way darker in person. And the material they used for the ties felt so stiff, like wearing a cardboard cutout. The quality was definitely not up to my expectations.
On top of all that, I found out they charge a 10% fee to return stuff and get a refund. That's just not cool. The return policy is totally unfair and unreasonable, which really soured my whole shopping experience. Sadly, I won't be coming back as a customer.Two ties, three shirts
I recently picked up a couple ties and a few shirts from this store, and man, let me tell you, I was really disappointed. These ties were super flimsy and practically see-through, definitely not worth what I paid. As for the shirts, I got them in my usual size but they were all super tiny. It felt like I was trying on kid's clothes instead of adult sizes. One shirt didn't even have sleeves that reached my wrists! When I tried to return them, I found out only one shirt could be returned, the rest were final sale. They didn't mention that when I bought them, so now I'm stuck with clothes that don't even fit right. And to top it off, I called customer service for help and they said they'd get back to me in two days. Guess what? I never heard a peep from them. If you want good quality clothes and decent customer service, look somewhere else.
Homecoming tie purchase
I was super bummed with how things went down when I ordered my homecoming tie from this company. I ordered it on Sept 1st, expecting it to arrive by the promised delivery date of Sept 7th, but it didn't show up on time. It really messed up my plans and got me feeling pretty annoyed. I won't be ordering from this company again.
Navy blue silk tie
I bought this navy blue silk tie from the company, but it came with a big ol' stain on it. And I gotta say, the material was thin and flimsy - definitely not up to par with what I was hoping for. The real bummer is that I was out of the country when it arrived, so I missed the one-month window to return it.
Neckties
I was pretty bummed about my last purchase from this store. The neckties I got didn't fit like they looked in the photos online. Plus, I wasn't too thrilled about the return policy. I had to shell out $6.99 to send back the stuff, even though I was well within the return window.
Tie Bar and Accessories
I bought a tie bar and some accessories from this company not too long ago, but let me tell ya, it’s been a real nightmare. I put in my order almost a month ago and still haven’t gotten anything! I’ve tried hitting them up on different sites to ask for my money back, but they’re not answering me at all. It’s pretty obvious this company doesn’t know how to treat their customers right. I suggest you steer clear and find a different company that actually cares about the people buying their stuff.
Poor quality products
I got these ties recently and man, they were just awful. Out of the five I got, two were messed up and I couldn't even wear them. The third one was so cheaply made, I couldn't believe it. When I tried to return them and talked to customer service, they said I had to pay to ship them back, no way. I don't think anyone should buy from this company, their stuff is junk and the customer service is no help at all.
Silk ties purchase
The silk ties were kind of disappointing for the price. They felt really stiff and thick compared to other brands. The shipping took forever, using Pitney Bowes it took a whole week to get my package from Kentucky to NJ, and then another two days to Philly. If you need something quick, don't go for their free shipping. Plus, they took out a sneaky $5.99 shipping and handling fee from my refund when I returned the ties, which they didn't tell me about in advance. Overall, I wasn't too happy with the ties or the shipping situation.
Yellow tie purchase
The tie I bought online was supposed to be yellow based on the pictures, but it was actually gold when I got it. I needed a yellow tie for this event I had coming up, so I was pretty bummed out. On top of that, I found out it would cost me 7 bucks to send it back, so I just decided to keep the gold one for later. Then I ordered another yellow tie, but it kept getting delayed during shipping three times and didn't make it in time for the wedding. I had to end up borrowing a tie from a buddy. All in all, my experience with buying ties online was a letdown.
Brown ties instead of marigold yellow
I ordered some yellow ties online but when they showed up, they were brown! It's totally not what I was looking for. And now I have to pay to ship them back and deal with the duty fees. They didn't even try to make it right, and that really ticks me off. I'm definitely not shopping with them online anymore!
