Little Partners Learning Tower purchase
My experience with The Tot was amazing! I just bought the Little Partners Learning Tower and it blew me away with how great it is. It came in perfect packaging with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly. I was also happy to get my order in less than two weeks - super fast considering it came from the US. And the customer service team was so friendly and helpful. They even gave me a 10% discount when I was having trouble with a promo code at checkout. All in all, I am really happy with what I bought and the awesome service I got from The Tot.
Baby towel purchase
This baby towel is seriously amazing! I love the 'apron' style and how super soft it is. I've bought towels like this before, but this one is top-notch. It's a breeze to wash and keep clean. Plus, the package came with cute tissue paper and showed up earlier than I thought. I definitely suggest this product!
Awesome stuff!
Their selection is really awesome for kids, I've been a big fan for a while. But after chatting with their customer service, I'm even more impressed! We always recommend shopping here to our grandparents and friends for gifts because we trust the high quality!
Awesome customer service!
I ordered something and it was running late because of moving. I asked if I needed to change my address and Novi was super helpful! They responded quickly and allowed me to change my address, and even gave me a discount. I'm really loving The Tot!
Furniture order
The furniture I got from the store is top-notch, I'm really happy with what I bought. But man, I had some shipping hiccups with one piece that got on my nerves. That delay pushed the delivery back by two months, which was a bummer, especially since the furniture was big and expensive. And then there was the issue of getting charged for the whole order, even though that one item was still on its way. I think they shouldn't charge customers for bulky items like furniture until it's actually shipped out to prevent any mix-ups.
Recent order
I've been shopping at The Tot for a while now, getting stuff for my kids and even using their gift registry service in the past. But, I ordered something back in July and it still hasn't shown up. It was already a bummer that the gift registry feature disappeared with no heads up, but now there's warehouse problems delaying my order too. I emailed them about it and they explained the situation, but the lack of communication and slow problem-solving has me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I used to love The Tot for its safe and dependable kids' stuff, but now I'm not sure if I should keep shopping there.

Toy box
I contacted this organization months ago about a delayed order. The
original order was made in APRIL. I contacted their organization and was
told it would be delivered in the beginning of July (I was only told it was
going to be delayed when I reached out to them; no one reached out to me).
Here we are, at the END of July and still no communication from this
organization to when this will be received. I’m a pretty forgiving person
by this customer service is abysmal. I don’t want to wait half a year for a purchase; that
ridiculous.
