Kitchen cabinet purchase
I was really impressed when I saw all the different kitchen cabinets they had on their website. I found the perfect style that I wanted for my kitchen reno project, and I was super excited to buy them. But man, when I saw the prices, I was like, whoa, that's a lot of money! So I decided to reach out to customer service for some help. And let me tell you, they were awesome! The person I talked to really helped me out and was able to lower the cost without sacrificing quality. It was a great customer service experience, they really listened to me. The ordering process was easy and quick, and they kept me updated the whole time. I'm happy with my purchase and the service from TheRTAStore was top-notch.
Kitchen cabinets purchase
The online kitchen planner from this store was amazing! It really helped me picture how the cabinets would look in my kitchen. But, I do wish they had a tool like that for other rooms too. I got a little annoyed when I realized that some cabinet pieces weren't available in all colors and styles, and there was no way to filter for those items. I had to go through each style, scroll through all the options, just to see that it wouldn't work for my space. It was quite a hassle. Despite that, I can't wait for the cabinets to arrive and to see how they'll look in my kitchen!
My big house project
I gotta give a shoutout to my planning expert, they seriously saved my bacon! They knew their stuff and stuck with me even when I was being indecisive. It took a minute because I kept changing my mind, but they were cool about it and made sure everything was just right for my big house project. The whole team really goes above and beyond for their customers and the quality of their work. I'm beyond thrilled with how everything turned out!
Kitchen cabinets purchase
Jennifer, the designer, was amazing! She always responded to emails quickly, had awesome design ideas, and really made our kitchen look incredible. The shipping had a couple of bumps in the road, but Ed handled it all smoothly. The cabinets arrived in perfect shape, and we're super excited to get them put in. I would definitely suggest working with this team - they're great!

I just bought some kitchen cabinets from your store and I wanted to give a shout out to Sherry Brown, the designer who helped me out. She was awesome, super helpful in figuring out the best design and where to put everything for the most functionality. The whole thing went really smoothly and Sherry kept me in the loop the whole time. I definitely had a great experience!
Custom kitchen design with help from a phenomenal designer
Working with Jacquelyn Jordan was a complete joy. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and the result was even better than we imagined. She was so patient with our feedback and made sure we were happy with the final design. We can't thank her enough for her skills and we can't wait to see her vision come to life in our kitchen.
Designer help
I had this really helpful designer, Virginia, who was just amazing. She was super nice and patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining everything thoroughly. She even showed me samples of the cabinets before I placed my order. Thanks a bunch, Virginia, for your awesome assistance! I'm so excited for my cabinets to get here.
Linen Shaker and Madison Black Shaker Cabinets
I've worked with The RTA Store twice now, and Christina was so helpful! I absolutely love the quality of the cabinets. I'll definitely be using them again for my laundry room and pantry.

The comparison process was a pain - I couldn't see the discounts clearly until I got to checkout, but at least the pricing worked out in the end.
