i am in love with this site , they have the best collections and every time they surprise me as they have the best quality which comes with superb services also the wide range helps me to access all the new and oldest books from here. those who want to read marvel and dc comics, they will get everything from here, I love it and the graphic novels have the best quality i have ever seenComics
I only bought comics from this place one time, but it was awesome! The prices were really cheap and they even give you a discount if you pre-order. The comics were in great condition too, so that was cool. But, when it came to shipping, it was kinda messy. It took longer than I thought for my comics to show up, and I was getting really impatient. Still, I would definitely shop here again because the prices are too good to ignore!
Graphic novel purchase
I gotta be real with you - the customer service at this place is a total mess. I ordered a graphic novel, waited forever, and then out of nowhere, my order was canceled with no reason. Trying to get some answers was a nightmare - the phones just kept ringing without anyone answering, and don't even get me started on that chat. I finally got through after waiting for what felt like ages, and the person I talked to was beyond rude. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
Funko Pop preorders
I've been ordering Funko Pops from this store for a while now, and it's been a hot mess. I set my orders to ship every 4 weeks, but instead, I've been getting a separate package for each item every month. That means I'm getting hit with shipping charges way higher than they should be. Plus, I preordered 15 copies of the same comic book, but I've only gotten a few so far and have been charged for multiple shipments of them. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but they're not listening to my requests to cancel some preorders or ship everything together. It's really frustrating that they're not following proper shipping practices and providing lousy customer service.
Comic book order
I ordered some comic books from this store recently and was pretty hyped to get them. But man, was I bummed out by the whole thing. The ordering part was easy enough, but dang, the prices were steep compared to other places. The service was nothing special either - barely any effort to help me out with any problems I had. And don't even get me started on the delivery time, took way longer than I thought. All in all, I was not feeling this retailer at all.
Comic book order
Man, I was really pumped to get my comic books from this store, but then it totally bummed me out when my order got messed up for no reason! I made sure to set my shipping and packaging preferences when I first ordered (obviously), but my last order showed up looking rough. The package had no protection and the comics were beat up from the trip. Seriously, what's up with that?! I contacted support and they were all, "Oh yeah, looks like your settings got changed." Um, excuse me, say what?!
Comics preorder
I was really looking forward to preordering some new comics, but when I found out they weren't what I was hoping for, I wanted to cancel them. TFAW told me I would get a strike on my account, even though no one mentioned anything about strikes to me before. That's not cool!
Preorder multiple comic units
I had such high hopes when I preordered 15 of the same comic book from this company, but man, was I let down. I've only gotten a fraction of my order so far, and they keep sending them separately, racking up those shipping fees. It's super frustrating to only get 4 out of 15 units after waiting for months. Their shipping process is a mess, with zero communication or organization. When I tried to cancel my preorders because of all this, their customer service was no help at all. This whole situation has been a major letdown and it's safe to say I won't be using their service again.
Two books
I recently bought two books online. At first, I only ordered one and checked out. But, surprise, surprise, two weeks later, two books showed up in separate boxes with two bills charging me double on my credit card. Turns out, the confirmation emails ended up in my spam folder, so I didn't realize there was a mix-up until the books arrived. I tried emailing for help, but didn't hear back for days, probably because of Covid19. So, today, I tried the live chat and was basically told to return the extra book. It was disappointing that they didn't admit their mistake, especially when customers are usually right in these situations. I asked if they could pick up the book or provide a prepaid label, but they refused. They also didn't offer to pay for return shipping from the UK to the US, which would cost more than the book itself. Even after I explained this, they kept insisting on the return for a refund. They even suggested I pay for return shipping myself, which wasn't a realistic solution. They showed no empathy or understanding throughout this whole ordeal. Eventually, the rep mentioned escalating the issue to a manager, but there's no guarantee of a quick or satisfying solution. Overall, I was pretty unhappy with the service. They didn't handle the order mix-up with the care I expected.
Graphic novels
Ordering from this place is such a pain. It seriously takes forever for them to even process and ship your order, regardless of the shipping option you pick. I tried to contact customer service to address the problem, but they were so rude and unhelpful in their response. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers. Definitely avoid this place if you want your order to arrive on time.
