My Experience with ThirdLove
I have been a customer of ThirdLove for over a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The process of finding the perfect bra size was made easy through the use of their online Fit Finder quiz, which helped me to find my perfect size without ever having to step foot in a physical store.
The quality of their bras is unparalleled and they have a wide variety of styles to choose from. I particularly love the 24/7 T-Shirt bra, which is comfortable enough to wear all day and provides great support. The customer service team is also top-notch and always helpful with any questions or concerns I may have.
One of my favorite things about ThirdLove is their commitment to inclusivity. They offer a wide range of sizes and have even expanded their size range to include half-sizes. It's clear that they truly care about making sure all women feel comfortable and confident in their bras.

I just got three bras from this company, went with what they suggested for my size on each. The first one, a demi bra, fits like a glove in the recommended size. The second one, a bralette, is a little snug but I can still wear it. However, the third one, a sports bra, they recommended sizing up and man, is it uncomfortable. Sadly, since it was on sale, I can't return it. Kind of a bummer, I thought this company was all about that perfect fit.
Bra order
I was kinda bummed when I first got my bras because the packaging was not great. But once I contacted customer service, Alice totally came through for me! She got back to me right away and made sure my missing order was sent out again with priority shipping. The bras made it to me safe and sound, even though they were in a not-so-great bag. Hopefully, they step up their packaging game in the future.
Lost order, immediate refund, exceptional customer service
My order got lost in the mail, which was so annoying. But Liz from customer service was amazing! She handled everything so well, keeping me in the loop with email updates until I finally got my refund. It's not often you find such top-notch customer service, and Liz really went the extra mile. We could use more folks like her in the customer service world, for sure.
2 bras
I got 2 bras this year, the first one was good but the second one was too small. I tried sending it back a few times but customer service wasn't much help. Basically, I wasn't happy with my experience.
Bras on sale
I had a problem with the sale price not showing up on my items in the cart, but the customer service rep was able to help me out right away. Kabou was great to work with and made everything simple and hassle-free. I really liked how quickly my issue was resolved.
Uncomfortable bras
I just bought two bras from this company because I used their selection tool to figure out which styles would work best for me. But man, I was really let down. I have crazy sensitive skin, and wearing these bras for just a few hours gave me bruises. And to top it off, guess what? The company won't take returns if the tags are gone, which I found out after trying them on because of my skin issues. Bummer, right?
Uplift Plunge bra
The Uplift Plunge bra is seriously the best fitting bra I've ever put on. It's like a dream for my shape. But, man, every single one I've bought has ended up with the wires poking through the sides. I even tried the lace version a few years back and it got all wonky - the lace on top shrank and balled up, showing the lining underneath. I did everything right, followed all the care instructions - washed in bra bags, air dried - but they just don't last like my other bras that cost way less. It's frustrating to drop so much cash on bras that fall apart like cheap $12 ones. I love how it fits, but the quality is lacking, big time.
