Winter clothes purchase
I just found this website and it has a lot of winter stuff, which was a nice surprise. I got some awesome dresses and boots that were just what I needed. The quality was even better than I thought it'd be, and I'm super happy with what I got. I'll for sure be back on this site next time I need to do some shopping.
Extremely attractive deals for fashion-concious clothing
The clothes I found here are usually different from any usual store or shopping place. They are more inclined for day to day or event-based fashion, more for common people, surely for diffrent occassions.
Plus, these deals on such clothing are awesome.

I'm really upset with the service I've gotten from this company. My order was already late, and even after being told it would be sent out soon, weeks have gone by and still no sign of my package. The constant deception and lack of communication is just not okay. I'm thinking about reaching out to my credit card company to see if I can get my money back, because it looks like this company is just full of scammers.
Missing Pool Cleaner
I decided to buy a pool cleaner from this site about two months ago, but unfortunately, it never showed up. Now I'm trying to get my money back for something I never got. They're responding to my emails, but I can't help but feel like I might not actually get that refund on my credit card. I should have read the reviews before buying - seems like I should have been more careful. It's a tough lesson, but I'm wondering why no one is shutting down this website that seems to be scamming people. How many others have lost money to Tidebuy?
Clothing items from an online retailer
I got some clothes online from a store that said they were made in the US. The pictures looked good, so I ordered three things for $80. But when my stuff finally came more than two months later, it was totally not what I expected. Wrong styles, fabric, sizes - nothing matched the pictures or descriptions on the site. I tried to contact the store, but they lied and said the clothes came from the US, which was obviously a lie. Turns out, the pictures in the ad were stolen from real US fashion companies, so I don't think this online store is legit. Right?
Jacket purchase
I finally got the jacket I ordered after waiting for a freakin' five months, and lemme tell ya, it was a total disaster! The quality was terrible, nothin' like what I saw in the pictures or read on the website. It seriously looked like a cheap knockoff you'd see at some shady flea market. Can't believe I got fooled like this, it's so ridiculous how bad this product is.

I just bought some clothes from this online store and I'm pretty bummed because my order never showed up, even after waiting forever and constantly checking the tracking number they gave me. It always said "Not Found." I tried emailing customer service to ask what was up, and all they said was that my delivery was supposed to come in 6-7 days.
Doll purchase
I just bought a doll for my daughter online, and even paid extra for fast shipping. But I never got a confirmation email, just saw the purchase on their website. I tried reaching out to customer service about my order through email multiple times, but got no response. Finally, after waiting over a month, the package arrived. However, the doll inside was not the one I had ordered. It was a huge letdown and really frustrating.
Cute top
I bought this really cute top that looked so good in the picture online, but when I got it, it was totally different! I was really disappointed that it didn't look anything like the photo. I've tried to contact the company, but I haven't heard anything back yet. All I want is my money back and to send back this top that I didn't even want in the first place! I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them because it seems like a total rip-off. Luckily, the top wasn't too expensive, but I feel sorry for anyone who fell for their trick!
Wig purchase for cancer patient
I bought a wig from this company's sister brand because I'm dealing with stage 4 lung cancer and I needed a good wig. But man, was I let down. The wig I got was totally not what I ordered and it was super cheap. I asked for a refund right away and sent the wig back, but I still haven't seen my money back. And on top of that, they're talking about charging me $20 to restock it, which is just not cool considering what I'm going through.

I've contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get are generic responses that don't fix anything. It's really disappointing to spend my money on clothes that never arrive. Hey guys, I just wanted to give you a heads up about this website - do not, I repeat, do not order from here like I did. It's been months and I still haven't gotten my item. Getting my money back was a total nightmare. Trust me, this website is nothing but a scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid it, shop somewhere else.
