Rubber boots for professional use
Man, these rubber boots are fantastic! I swear, they're the best ones I've ever had for my pressure washing business. I've been wearing them all day as I walk around parking lots at apartment complexes, and they've held up for a whole year, way longer than any other boots I've tried. The quality is top-notch, and they're so comfortable on my feet. The only bummer is that they're made in China, and I try to buy American-made stuff when I can. But seriously, I'd definitely suggest these boots to anyone looking for some durable, long-lasting footwear!
Hunting blind gift
I got my dad a hunting blind as a gift, and man, the customer service was incredible. So I placed my order, and the next day I got an email saying the blind was out of stock and might not get here by the holidays. But those customer service folks really went all out, offering me different options like a partial refund or even canceling the order for a full refund. When I asked about using the partial refund for fast shipping, they not only said yes but delivered the blind a whole week early, just in time for Christmas. Now that's what I call top-notch customer service!
Ground blind purchase
I was kinda hesitant to buy another thing that popped up on my Facebook feed 'cause I've been let down before. But, this time around has been real good, actually. At first, I was a little stressed 'cause I didn't get a tracking number right off the bat, but it eventually showed up in the email. The package got here quick and everything was in good shape. I've only been using the ground blind for a bit, but I gotta say, it's pretty solid. So, fingers crossed it stays that way for a few years.

I just got myself a new set of waterproof hunting gear from this company and I gotta say, the quality of the materials really impressed me. The shipping was quick, even though it's not really hunting season right now. Setting it up in my backyard was super easy, it's definitely user-friendly for beginners like me. Hunting boots
I just bought a pair of hunting boots from this company and was bummed they came in a messed-up box. But the customer service team was quick to respond to my review and fix the problem. Even though the packaging was damaged, the boots were perfectly fine. I haven't worn them yet since it's not cold enough, but just based on the customer service, I'd totally order from them again. It's nice to know there are other online shopping options besides Amazon.
Fishing waders purchase
I just got myself a pair of fishing waders and I gotta say, I'm really pleased with how they turned out. The price was awesome and they got here super quick. But, gotta admit, the packaging was kinda meh - the boxes got all messed up during shipping, which was a bummer. Not sure if it was a weak box or if it was just tossed around too much, but they definitely need to step up their game with tougher boxes to keep this from happening again.
Double-hunting blind purchase
I just got this double-hunting blind from a company and man, let me tell you, the quality and durability are top-notch. So I'm out on a hunting trip, having a grand old time, when bam - some critter tramples my blind and messes it up real bad. I know it's out of warranty and not covered, but I figured what the heck, might as well see if I can buy some replacement parts. So I hit up customer service.
Lost order, got a replacement
Yeah, so I ordered this really cool thing but it ended up getting lost in delivery. I reached out to them and they sent me another one really quickly, and it got here in just a few days! Their customer service is awesome!
Heated vests for family
I picked up 3 heated vests for my family recently and let me tell you, we are all obsessed with them! My son, who works as a welder, wears his to work on chilly days and he can't stop raving about how convenient it is. These vests have been a game-changer in keeping us cozy during those freezing winter months. Huge thanks for such an amazing product!
