    Wrong Size Sandals

    I gotta say, I messed up when I placed my order here. At first, I got the wrong size sandals and left a bad review. But when I contacted customer service, they fixed it right away. They're not just sending me the right size, but they're letting me keep the wrong ones, which I'll give to my niece. Turns out, the sizing is in US sizes, not UK like I thought, so that's on me for not checking first. Really grateful to Tkees for how fast they handled it and for being so helpful.

    I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while and the clothes are great, but lately their shipping has been a letdown.     Overhyped but disappointing purchase

    A few weeks back, I made the mistake of buying a pair of sandals from this company. Let me tell you, it was a total disaster. A bunch of us tried to get in touch with them on their social media, asking nicely about our orders. But instead of handling it like a grown-up business, they just deleted all our comments.     Delayed Sandal Order

    I ordered some sandals from this company a few months back and it turned into a total nightmare. I had to wait for weeks without getting any updates on my order, so I decided to contact customer service. All I got were excuses about "warehouse issues." They offered me a measly 20% discount to keep waiting, and I somehow agreed to it. But then a few more weeks passed with no progress, so I asked to cancel my order. Even after multiple requests, they kept telling me it would ship "next week." I tried to cancel for the third time, and finally, today they shipped my order. The customer service was a mess, and I'm just so disappointed with the whole experience.

    Purchased items for Christmas gifts

    I ordered some stuff back in November thinking they'd make great Christmas gifts, but man, they still haven't even been sent out yet. Customer service ain't been much help at all, just giving me vague answers without giving me a straight answer on when I can expect my goodies. The order confirmation email said it would be shipped out in 2-3 days using DHL, but that ain't happened yet. The lack of communication and this delay in shipping is driving me crazy, especially since I dropped a good chunk of change on these gifts.

    Man, this company is the absolute worst when it comes to returns. They make it so difficult, it's ridiculous. First, you have to shoot them an email to get the green light, then they send you this code you have to slap on your return package. And get this - you gotta do it all super quick or too bad for you. Plus, you gotta foot the bill for postage, which cost me £20 just to ship some stupid flip flops back from the UK. And to top it off? They claimed they never got my return and I lost out on £100. It's like banging your head against a wall trying to get any kind of response from them. Steer clear of this place at all costs!

    Fake DHL tracking, no order shipped

    Oh my gosh, steer clear of ordering from this place! I was super hyped to receive my package, but it was a total letdown - all fake! They gave me a bogus DHL tracking number and when I tried to track it on the actual DHL site, it wasn't even real! I had to bug them twice to get answers about my order, and they still hadn't shipped it from April to June. Today, I had to go through the hassle of filing a chargeback since this place is nothing but a scam!

    I bought some sandals online not too long ago, and man, it was a total bummer. The whole thing was a mess - delays, no communication. Placed my order in January and just ended up waiting forever with no idea what was going on. Finally had to hit up customer service, and let me tell ya, it wasn't good. They only offered a discount or a refund, which was a letdown. The company was so bad at keeping things clear and being upfront, it was super frustrating. I felt like they were jerking me around and I was left feeling pretty down about it. It's just really disappointing to see a company taking orders when they don't even have the stuff ready to ship out.
