A Review of Tomahawk
I am a long-time client of Tomahawk and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their online ordering system is easy to use and their delivery times are always prompt. The quality of their products is top-notch and I have never been disappointed. I particularly love their wide selection of meat options and the fact that they offer organic and grass-fed options.
Their customer service is also excellent. I had an issue with one of my orders and they went above and beyond to make it right. They truly care about their customers and it shows in the way they conduct their business.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from this store not too long ago, but I never got them. I tried emailing and reaching out through their website chat, but no one ever got back to me. It's pretty frustrating that I haven't heard anything from them or gotten a refund. I'm not impressed with the lack of customer service, and it's definitely making me question if this company is legit.

I just bought some sunglasses from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. First off, the sunglasses took forever to get to me, like, forever. Then, when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, they were totally useless and dodged my questions. I needed to switch out the sunglasses because they didn't fit right, and man, that whole process was a pain. Even after showing proof that I got the delivery, the company insisted they never got it and wouldn't send me a new pair. Just really disappointed with how things went down with this company.
Incorrect order, delayed delivery
I bought a pair of shoes from this store and man, they took forever to get to me. And to make things worse, when they finally did show up, they were totally the wrong pair! I reached out to customer service and they said the right pair was in the works and would be on its way next week. But it's been 6 weeks and after sending a bunch of emails, I still haven't gotten any updates or the right shoes. I'd suggest steering clear of this store, for sure.
