Quick purchase, early shipment, accurate product
I bought something from this online store and was really impressed. Getting it was easy, even though I had to give a little info for taxes. The whole process was smooth and quick. And guess what, the package got to me earlier than I thought it would - that was a nice surprise! When I opened it up, the product was just like they said it would be, which made me happy. I felt good about the whole experience and I'd recommend this store, especially for stuff that's hard to find or if you need to buy a lot of it.
Laser engraver purchase
I recently bought a laser engraver and all the stuff I needed for it from TOMTOP. Even though I had a little trouble with the delivery, I was happy with how everything turned out. I got two packages on different days, and found out it was a DHL issue that caused the delay. But the TOMTOP support team helped me out right away and I was really grateful. The items were sent out quickly, and both packages arrived in great shape. I definitely think anyone looking for a laser engraver should check out this purchase.
Two RC cars
The delivery was alright, not super fast but it came in a decent amount of time. The stuff was sent from a storage in Germany, so that was cool. One of the RC cars ended up being busted after a little bit of use, which was a bummer. Customer service was a little slow, but they did end up giving me some money back for the broken part. They didn't have a repair option, but I'm glad they refunded me. All in all, it was an okay experience.
LED light strips
The whole ordering process went smoothly without any problems. I placed my order with no issues and got a confirmation email right after. The service was alright, but I did need to contact customer support with a question about my order. The pricing was fair compared to other similar products I saw online. The delivery was surprisingly quick, and my LED light strips arrived in perfect condition.
LED Smart Bulbs
The LED Smart Bulbs I got from this store were packed really well when they arrived and they worked right away. But, I've had some bad experiences before with the shipping companies they use, like Evri and Yodel. Deliveries were late and some packages even got lost.
Good
Tomtop is good one, i bought the keyboard for my desktop few days back. Quite comfortable and its not too tight or hard which gives me speed in typing and working
