Quality clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from the store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how good the quality was and also the prices were great. The delivery went super smooth and quick, which I was happy about. But then I had a problem tracking a return and let me tell you, the communication really wasn't the best. I get it, times are tough right now because of the pandemic, but it was still a little frustrating. Despite that, they did eventually figure it out and I got my money back within 14 days. Overall, I'm happy with how everything turned out and I'll keep shopping there. Although next time, I might just return stuff in-store to make it easier and quicker to get my money back.

I bought the wrong shirt at this store by mistake, but the customer service was really cool about it. They gave me a full refund plus covered the shipping cost. I'm feeling really happy now and super impressed with the customer service! They totally made things right for me.
Awesome new clothes
I read a bunch of bad reviews, but man, I had such a great time shopping! The website was so simple to order from, and my package arrived right on schedule. I'm thrilled I gave it a shot because the clothes are seriously top-notch!
Shorts sizing inconsistency
The sizing at this store is so weird. I bought two pairs of shorts in the same size not long ago, and one fits like a glove while the other is super tight. Dealing with stuff like this is super frustrating, especially when you're ordering online. I've had the same thing happen before with this store and their sister brand. It's not shocking, but it's definitely annoying.
Order mix-up and delayed refund
I ordered some stuff online not too long ago, but got the wrong thing. I sent it back right away and have been waiting for a refund since September. It's now December, and I still haven't received my money back. I've been talking to customer service a bunch of times, but all they keep saying is they can't accept the return because the packaging got messed up. It's been so annoying dealing with this, and I'm pretty let down by how they're handling it.
