    The customer service at both the Yonkers and Bay Plaza locations was amazing. The staff knew their stuff and really helped me out, so I'd give them an A++ rating. However, I had a problem with the leggings I bought. I got three pairs online, but they weren't what I expected when they arrived. Shopping online was different than in person, so I had to return them. I think there should be more variety in the leggings, especially in the leg cut. I'd love to see a straight leg option that's not tapered at the ankle, more like yoga pants. The wide leg design doesn't look good on everyone, including myself, so something different would be great. The pockets on the leggings were cool, but I'd prefer a straight leg design for more styling flexibility, like wearing boots without them getting bunched up. Overall, I'm happy with the customer service, but I hope they offer more legging options to fit different body types and preferences.

    I love shopping for edgy and sexy lingerie, so when I spotted a lace lingerie set online, I was super pumped. But man, ordering from this company turned into a total nightmare. Their website was so glitchy and hard to figure out, I couldn't even place my order. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but never heard back from them. Talk about frustrating and disappointing. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on that new lingerie set, but it looks like that's not happening anytime soon. This whole experience was just awful, and I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

    Bought some clothes and swimwear

    The clothes and bras were fine, but man, the sizes on the website are way off. Most of the clothes just aren't made for regular folks like me. I ordered swim shorts in my size and they were more like undies, the crotch area was way too snug, like ridiculously small. The models rock the outfits, but I don't get the same look. I've dropped a ton of cash on this site 'cause it's one of the few that carries bigger sizes. I keep crossing my fingers with each order, but it's a gamble every time.

    Sultry lingerie set

    Man, you gotta hear about this lingerie set I got, it's seriously amazing! The quality is off the charts, it fits like a dream, and I swear I feel like a total babe when I wear it. I don't know why some people are hating on this brand, 'cause my experience has been nothing but awesome. The customer service, whether in person or online, has been stellar - super nice and really helpful. Seriously, you gotta give it a shot before you judge. Believe me, this place is now one of my top go-tos for plus-size stuff.

    Auto-cancelled order, never picked up items, requested refund

    I recently had a really disappointing experience with my online order from this company. Long story short, I couldn't pick up my order in-store, so I let it auto-cancel for a refund. When I tried to get some help from customer support, they were never around and it was basically impossible to get a hold of anyone. After I shot them an email to check on my refund, they somehow decided that my order had been picked up even though it hadn't. So frustrating! I ended up placing two more orders online and had them shipped to my house because my car was acting up. But even though I was assured multiple times that my refund was on the way, I still haven't received it. And now, the company won't even talk to me and is ignoring my emails, which is just not cool. I'm really fed up with their terrible customer service and shady practices.

    Pink lace bralette

    I had the worst experience ordering this pink lace bralette online. The first time I tried to buy it, I chose to have it shipped to my house. But, it took a frustrating 2.5 months for it to finally arrive at my door. When I called customer service to cancel the order, they said it couldn't be done. A store employee then recommended I have it sent to the store for faster service. Giving them another shot, I waited an additional 3-4 weeks before my one item showed up. To make matters worse, I only received one email telling me my order was ready for pickup, with just a 2-day deadline. Turns out, the item had been at the store for a week with no heads-up from them. If you want to save your time and sanity, avoid the online ordering nightmare and stick to shopping in-store.

    Black dress purchase

    I bought this black dress from the store not too long ago and honestly, I'm so let down by the whole experience. It's been over a month since I made the order and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through their website and Instagram, but no one has gotten back to me. On top of all that, as someone ordering internationally, I had to pay for shipping and customs fees for something that hasn't even shown up yet. It's just not right and I'm super irritated with the lack of communication and the super slow delivery.

    Recent leggings purchase

    I used to really enjoy shopping for leggings at this store because they were such good quality. But man, am I bummed out now. The last pair I bought was totally see-through and started falling apart after only a few months. It's so annoying to shell out some serious cash for stuff that just doesn't hold up. The quality has seriously gone downhill, so I won't be coming back here for leggings anytime soon.

    I was pretty bummed out with this website when I tried to buy something that was out of stock. After I read a bunch of reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet by not actually buying it. Most sites usually tell you when something's out of stock, but this one just stops you from buying it without saying anything beforehand.

    I just had the most annoying online shopping situation. I messed up and put in the wrong address on my order. Even though I tried to fix it right away, customer service said there was nothing they could do. It's so frustrating that you can't change an order as soon as you make it. And on top of that, the whole processing and shipping thing already takes forever, so you end up waiting around for a mistake that you can't even fix. So disappointing for someone who likes things to be quick and easy.

    Online return difficulty

    I went to the main mall in South Portland recently and had a really bad experience. I was trying to return something I bought online a few weeks ago, but the customer service was not helpful at all. The lady at the store said I needed the original order number email, which I couldn't find in my tons of emails. She didn't seem to care and just said she couldn't help me. It was so frustrating because she could have easily looked up my order with my store card. I had to contact TORRID customer service myself to get the order number, then went back to the store. They didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the trouble I went through. They really didn't handle the situation well and didn't show any basic kindness. After all that, I decided to close my account and not shop there anymore.

    Black jeans and a floral top

    I got these black jeans and a floral top from that store and man, I am so disappointed. They're like, terrible quality. I wore the jeans one time and they literally fell apart on me! And the top? It's already fading after one wash. I used up all my allowance on this stuff and now I'm stuck with garbage. Ugh, never shopping there again, peace out!
