    I just bought a handbag from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. Even though I saw some bad reviews after I ordered, everything went super smoothly. I got an email confirming my order, and both items were shipped quickly. I got my first order in just a couple of days. The handbag I got was even better than I expected in terms of looks and quality, although I was bummed it didn't come with a dust bag. But when I contacted the company about it, they were happy to send me one without any trouble. The same great customer service came through when I got my second order quickly too. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchases and the service I got.

    I've been talking to this guy Matthew from the store since December 2023 and man, let me tell you, his customer service skills are off the charts.     Got a purse

    I ordered this purse online and when it finally got here, guess what? Empty box! Can you believe it? So of course I had to deal with customer service, making phone calls, sending evidence, filling out forms... ugh, what a nightmare. It felt like it took FOREVER to finally get my money back. I even had to pull out the big guns and threaten legal action before they moved. Two whole months later! And all they could say was "Sorry for the inconvenience." Like, seriously?! 😠

    Return of item I didn’t purchases back to Tory Burch

    I returned a Tory Burch T-Shirt dress $258 back to the NorthPark Mall store today it was accidentally put in my bag with my purchases. I informed the manager on duty what had happened , she took the dress out the bag ask me did I want the bag back, But never said Thank You for returning the dress.
    How many customer would have returned that dress ? Honestly

    Some times almost like free.
    Quality products ,great colors and affordable price means Tory Burch.

    Belt bag purchase

    I just bought a belt bag online and it was a total letdown. The shipping company claimed they delivered it, but they gave it to the wrong person at the place it was supposed to go. And to top it off, Tory Burch doesn't even make you sign for your packages, so it's super easy for stuff to disappear with no consequences. This whole lack of security and reliability has really shaken my confidence in their online service, so I won't be buying anything from them again.

    I recently had a pretty annoying experience with my order being sent to the wrong place by VEHO, the delivery company this company uses. I contacted customer service about it and they basically shrugged it off, saying they weren't responsible for lost or misplaced deliveries. It was so frustrating and disappointing. Not only did I not get my order, but they also refused to give me a refund for the mistake. The customer service I received totally sucked, and I'm really let down by how they handled things. I definitely won't be shopping with this company again.

    I just gotta say, ordering this bag online has turned into a nightmare. I placed my order on December 31st, expecting it to arrive by January 17th. But the delivery date just kept jumping around, totally messing with my head. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they couldn't give me a straight answer or fix the problem. In the end, my order got cancelled. Now I'm sitting here, still waiting for my refund. This whole thing has been a major letdown, and I'm definitely not giving them any more business.

    Travel flats purchase

    I just bought these travel flats from this brand, and man, am I disappointed! When I got the shoes, I could immediately see that the stitching was all off and the soles were glued on all wonky. I reached out to customer service, sent them pics of the mess, but they didn't handle it too well. It was a whole ordeal trying to get FedEx to pick up the shoes for return, they kept missing the scheduled pick-up. After so many calls and emails, I finally got the shoes sent back. But man, the lack of responsibility and professionalism from the customer service team was a major letdown.

    My first time ordering from them totally sucked. I bought a handbag online, but it never showed up. They said it was delivered, but the signature they had on file wasn't mine, my family's or anyone I recognized.     My daughter got me a gift from that store for Christmas, but then somebody went and swiped the package right off my doorstep! When I called customer service for help, they were no help at all and just told me to deal with my bank. I'm really let down and definitely ain't gonna be shopping there no more.

    Christmas gift purchase

    I recently bought a Christmas present on December 15th with a promised delivery of 2-3 working days. Sadly, the item hasn't been sent out yet, and I missed the Christmas deadline. I contacted customer service and was told I'd get a call back, but never heard from them. This isn't the first time this happened - a similar thing occurred in February 2022, causing me to miss Valentine's Day too. With the high prices of items from this brand, you'd expect better service and delivery. I'm really let down and won't be ordering from them again. It's disappointing to see many other negative reviews with the same complaints, yet it seems like they aren't doing much to fix these issues.
