Gold buckle belt
I bought this really nice gold buckle belt from this brand, but it broke after just a few times wearing it. Even though it was pretty expensive, the quality was a letdown. So, I emailed customer service to see about getting it replaced or fixed, but their response was super disappointing. They basically brushed me off and didn't help at all. It sucks when you spend a lot on something fancy and it doesn't hold up, and then the customer service isn't helpful either.
Handbag purchase
I bought this handbag like two years ago from some warehouse, and the gold ring that keeps it closed just decided to break. It made the whole bag fall apart! I tried fixing it and even reached out to customer service and the bosses, but no one could get me that one little ring to save my bag. It's frustrating that something so small messed up the whole thing, and the company isn't helping me out at all. It's a bummer.
Leather handbag purchase
I bought a leather handbag from this store recently and had a terrible time with their customer service. The delivery company they went with, Veho, sent my order to the wrong place and said it was my fault. Even after I gave them photos and all the info about my real address, they wouldn't admit they messed up. I tried reaching out to their customer service a bunch of times, but it looks like they're super short-staffed because only one person was managing everything. This whole thing has just made me super annoyed and let down, so I won't be shopping at this store again.
