    One wrist watch for my friend booked on Amazon after investing good time That was from Taus made by Fossil Wylie in blue color Simple design Really looking nice ,light weight ,water resistant and lovely leather band But this particular item returned to Amazon as they said customer was not available? Taken good time to convince them hem ,she is there and after seven days delivered to me instead my friend Both the addresses provided again after communication.

    Necklace return

    Today I had to head to the mall to return a necklace. The lady who assisted me this time was different from the one who sold it to me originally. The first lady, Myrelis, was really great and provided top-notch customer service. But the second lady, Karen, was not pleasant at all. I don't get why they have folks working there who don't know how to treat customers. It's not on us if she had a rough day, she's there to represent the store and show kindness to everyone.

    I got this cute pale pink shopper bag with a detachable pouch, right? But after a while, the bottom started coming off. So, I brought it back to the store where I got it and filled out a complaint form. They sent it to headquarters to check it out, but they said they couldn't fix it. I'm bummed that such a pricey bag fell apart so soon, especially 'cause I've shopped there before and been a loyal customer.

    I ordered a bracelet online and it turned out to be a total disaster! It's been a week since I received a dispatch note, but I still have no clue about the status of my order. They can't even confirm if it was sent out or not. When I tried to cancel due to this chaos, they flat out refused without explaining anything. The customer service is just awful, especially Ana who was extremely rude. I regret spending my money there and wish I had gone somewhere else for jewelry.

    Ring repair issue

    I had a really bad time with the customer service at this store. I reached out to them a bunch of times by email and phone about fixing a ring that lost a diamond right after I got it. Even though I tried to check in, all I got were vague answers and they even hung up on me when I called their hotline. It was super frustrating and just plain disappointing.

    The ring I ordered was the wrong size

    I bought a size 9 ring, but they sent me a size 6 instead! I called the next day to try and get it sorted out, but they told me I couldn't change my order or get a refund. This site is sketchy! I'm definitely not going to order from them ever again, it's a disaster.

    Faulty Earrings

    I recently bought some earrings from this company, but they ended up being faulty. I emailed them twice about it, but haven't heard back at all. I'm really disappointed with the customer service, especially since I've spent a good amount of money on their stuff before. It's just really frustrating that a company selling pricey items can't even bother to reply to a legit complaint from a customer. I won't be shopping there again for sure.

    Unfulfilled order, lack of communication

    My recent experience with this company has been a total nightmare. I ordered something over a month ago and haven't heard a peep about it since. I've called them several times, and all I get is the runaround. They keep saying they'll send emails to the warehouse, but nothing ever happens. When I tried to cancel my order, they hit me with some lame excuse about not being able to cancel certain months. This lack of honesty and responsibility is just not cool for a business.

    Jewelry set

    I just bought something from this company and let me tell you, their website is a hot mess. The pictures look terrible, there are no other images anywhere to be found, and trying to get around the site is a nightmare. Can you believe they haven't even made it mobile-friendly yet? It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. They seriously need to hire some experts to clean this up and make it easier to use.

    watch, scratches, no battery, poor service

    I just bought a watch from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The watch showed up all scratched up, and to make things even worse, it didn't have a battery in it. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort out the problems, they were completely useless. No responses to my emails, and nobody ever picked up the phone. And on top of it all, UPS never came to grab the watch for a return, so now I'm stuck with a broken watch and no way to fix it. I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in the service and products this company has to offer.

    Intrusive ad

    The annoying ad from that company just wouldn't stop showing up while I was trying to read an article, completely ruining my reading flow. It was super disruptive and really turned me off. Because of that experience, I have zero interest in buying anything from them. Those ads were so pushy that it made me wonder about the company's professionalism and ethics.

    Sweet Dolls Elastic Bracelet

    I got my daughter the Sweet Dolls Elastic Bracelet, but man, what a letdown. She barely had it for a day before it fell right off her wrist because the closure was messed up. So, I reached out to the store manager, Sorena, and she was absolutely no help at all. I even tried to get the email for her supervisor, but she straight up ignored me every time.

    Jewelry items, misleading pictures

    I purchased some jewelry from here and the online pictures were completely off from the actual earrings I received. They didn't indicate the true size of the earrings and were trying to trick customers by showing a different size on the model. I was disappointed and attempted to get a refund, but they refused since I bought them on sale. This just isn't fair and the customer service didn't even make an effort to assist. I won't be shopping here again, either online or in person. Be cautious!

    I just ordered this bracelet online and I was super pumped to get it. But man, I waited over a month and nothing. I hit up customer service for answers and wow, they were the worst. No apologies, no help, just a bunch of "don't worry about it" type of talk. So bummed, especially 'cause I usually love their stuff.
