    Impressed with Travelpro's Durable and Functional Travel Gear

    I have been a client of Travelpro for several years now, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their products and customer service. I have used their luggage and backpacks on multiple international trips and have never had any issues with durability or functionality. The rolling luggage is easy to maneuver and the backpacks are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

    The company's website is user-friendly and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. The ordering process is simple and delivery is always prompt. I have also had to contact their customer service team a few times and they have always been helpful and responsive.

    Overall, I highly recommend Travelpro for anyone in need of durable, functional travel gear.

    Cancelled order that still shipped

    I ordered a suitcase over the weekend, then changed my mind and tried to cancel it. But guess what? The suitcase still got shipped out. Even though Fed Ex messed up and delivered it to the wrong building, a nice neighbor found it and returned it to me. Travelpro was super awesome and refunded me, even though technically they didn't have to. The Orchid suitcase I got is gorgeous, so I decided to just keep it. But I do think they should maybe rethink their cancellation policy for weekend orders.

    My experiences with the customer service reps at this store have been all over the place, but I gotta say, the other day I had a really awesome interaction with this one rep, Ariel. She totally went the extra mile to fix my problem and make sure I walked away happy. I've got a bunch of stuff from this store and I'll definitely keep coming back, especially with awesome reps like Ariel on hand. Big shoutout to Ariel for being such a pro and giving me excellent service!

    I bought some travel luggage from this company a couple of years back and I've gotta say, I've been really happy with it. The carry-on and duffle set have held up great for the past three years, so I decided to get another piece for my next trip. The quality is top-notch, especially for the price. So far, I haven't had any issues at all, so I can't really speak to any problems that might come up after the purchase.

    I wish I had known what a headache I was in for when I tried to return something from this company. Buying and getting the item was a breeze, but the return was a nightmare. I spent weeks emailing back and forth, sending pictures they asked for, and being told a return would happen. Then it was all excuses about holidays and then nothing at all. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so I started a dispute there. The customer service was terrible, and I won't be shopping here again.

    Luggage return issue

    I just had the worst time trying to return this luggage I got from a third-party website. It was a total mess. I used Paypal to buy it, but I never got an order number or invoice from Travelpro, so I couldn't even start the return process. I tried calling their customer service, but I kept getting disconnected after a few minutes. Luckily, I also bought something from Costco Next, so I was able to ask them for help. But I'm really not looking forward to dealing with Travelpro directly if I have any problems, their customer service is a joke.

    Elite Travelpro luggage purchase

    I just bought this really fancy luggage online, thinking it had this drop-in suiter thing. Turns out it didn't come with one, so I tried reaching out to the company to see if I could get it fixed. But man, their customer service process was a hot mess. It was a pain trying to find a way to email them directly on their website, and I ended up getting lost in a bunch of unnecessary steps.

    Travel bag with broken zipper

    I recently bought a travel bag that had great reviews, so I was excited to use it. It was lightweight, rolled smoothly, had a strong handle, and a nice dark blue color. As someone who travels a lot, I need a bag that can handle the wear and tear. However, dealing with customer service was a huge letdown. When the zipper on the outside pocket broke, I expected quick help from the company. But that's not what I got. It was hard to get in touch with them, and all I got were automated responses that took forever to get a real answer. The guy, Jose, I talked to wasn't helpful at all and just made things more complicated. It took over a month of going back and forth just to get them to think about sending me a new zipper.

    Travel luggage set

    I travel a lot and like to stay in nice hotels, but I was let down by the travel luggage set I bought. It was supposed to be easy to clean with just a damp cloth, but that didn't turn out to be true at all. When I got back from my trip, I had to bust out a magic eraser, toothpaste, and baking soda to really get it clean. That's not something you want to be doing at an airport! Plus, the luggage started to look really worn out and beat up every time I rolled into a hotel, not a good look for me at all.

    Purchased a luggage set in December

    I bought a luggage set back in December, and wouldn't you know it, one of the wheels is already acting up - making this strange noise. I contacted customer support right away, but it's been over a month now and I haven't heard a peep from them. Pretty disappointing, especially coming from a company that's all about high-quality stuff.

    Delayed Delivery Nightmare

    I can't believe the terrible service I got from this company. I ordered something and they sent me totally the wrong thing. I waited for weeks and heard nothing, then they finally sent me the right item. No offer to make up for it or even saying sorry for the hassle. It's just crazy, especially after spending my own money on their stuff. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with real customer service.

    Suitcase warranty service

    I recently contacted customer service about my suitcase warranty and had a pretty bad experience. The person I talked to didn't seem very helpful and couldn't fix my problem. Even though I tried my best to explain what was wrong with my suitcases, they just kept saying I had to go to a different state for them to check it out before the warranty would be honored. Plus, the handles and zippers on the suitcases were really cheap. All of that really annoyed me, so now I'm not sure if I want to keep using this company in the future.

    Medium suitcase bought in September, 2022

    I bought this medium suitcase back in September 2022, but it got all messed up at one of the corners after just a few trips. I reached out to Customer Service and they replaced it for me, but then the wheels on the new one started falling apart after a few more trips. My wife got a similar size bag from a different company and hers has been totally fine with no issues at all. It's really frustrating because Travelpro has been around for so long and is supposed to be a good brand, but this bag just didn't hold up like I expected.

    4 pieces of luggage

    I bought four pieces of luggage from this company recently and I have to say I am really disappointed with how things have gone. The website said I would get my order in 3-5 days but it's been 9 days now and I still don't know if my stuff has even been sent out. It's really frustrating and feels unprofessional that they haven't been clear with me. Plus, I can't even talk to a real person for help - the customer support is pretty much non-existent. It just makes this whole situation even more frustrating.
