Tubeless Wheel Conversion
I just got some tubular wheels that I tried to convert to tubeless and ran into some trouble. I ended up ordering another set of wheels and had the same issue. So I reached out to customer service for help. Let me tell you, the level of support I got was amazing. Tam S. really went out of their way to assist me from the moment I reached out. Their knowledge and expertise were top-notch, and they were really committed to helping me find a solution. I haven't had such a positive customer service experience in a long time, and I think Tam S.'s exceptional service deserves some recognition and praise.
Trek Bikes purchase
I originally ordered something from another company, but it got lost in the mail. They couldn't promise it would get to me on time even after I tried again, so I gave Trek Bikes a shot. I was blown away by how great their customer service was. The person I talked to totally got how stressed I was about the whole thing, and she came up with a solution right away. She made sure it would be delivered super fast the next day and even checked in to make sure it all went well. I was really impressed with how much they cared and paid attention to every little detail. Trek Bikes really came through for me.
Tubeless tyre fitting and handlebar tape replacement
I had a really frustrating experience trying to put on these super difficult tubeless tires on my bike. I finally gave up and brought it to the mechanics at the store. They were able to fit me in and even replaced my handlebar tape, which I had been putting off. When I went to pick up my bike, I was thrilled to get a call saying it was all set and good to go. I usually do most of my bike maintenance myself, but sometimes you gotta leave it to the pros. All in all, I was really impressed with how fast and efficient the mechanics were.
Mountain bike purchase
I had a problem with the mountain bike I bought not long ago, so I reached out to customer service for help. I spoke with a representative who really went the extra mile to help me out. They listened to me, took quick action, and made sure my problem was fixed right away. The customer service I got was outstanding, way better than I expected. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and really appreciate all the help I got.
Replacement bike after accident
My 9-year-old bike unexpectedly broke and ended up causing an accident that required me to have surgery. Despite the warranty being expired, Trek came through and replaced it with a Dual Sport 2 due to the accident claim. The company's response was amazing, super caring, professional, and really helpful. I'm so pumped to hop on my new bike and hit the road!
Got my bike fixed with new wheel part
Man, Trek Bikes Bicester is the real deal! They came through big time by fixing up my non-trek bike and even went the extra mile to track down that missing wheel part. The staff there were so friendly and gave me some solid advice. Huge shout out to Ben for hooking me up!
Bicycle purchase
My recent trip to this store was amazing. I bought a bike and the service I got from the staff blew me away. From the first time I called to ask about bike availability to the time I walked out with my new ride, the staff knew their stuff and gave me great tips. I felt like they had my back the whole time and paid attention to every little thing. I'm for sure telling all my peeps about this awesome store.
Trek Roscoe 8
Things are going great with my new bike! I've had it for 2 weeks now and it's already taken me on some awesome rides - up and down the Purbeck Way, around Swinley Forest's Blue & Red trails, and along the River Thames. It's a huge upgrade from my old bike that's for sure. I can't wait for more adventures!
verve 3 e bike
love the bike. disappointed in range of battery. this morning with mainly riding between sport and turbo only got 36 miles from the battery. would of thought that i would get 10 more miles out of the battery.
Trek Supercaliber 98 GX 2021
I've bought a Supercaliber last year and used for 8 months. First, I should say this bike climbs as promissed, but to descend, it is terrible, no control and not safe (due to 69o head tube). Also, I faced lot of issues with Trek components. This is fact my major complaint: rear tire is gone after 1.200 miles. The bike was delivered by a Trek store without proper spoke wheel adjustement, and one got broken when riding. Bontrager hubs are horrible as, in any contact with water, it damages the bearings (replaced them twice in 8 months!!, the two wheels),. The head tube also very susceptible to watter damage and intrusion. Painting is beautiful, but very fragile, don't touch anything that get damaged. The rear chain stain frame cracked after 2 months of use (replaced by Trek under warranty). So, I shold say I am not happy with Trek as a brand neither with Supercaliber.
