    I got a messed up unit from this company, but they totally came through for me. They stuck to their customer satisfaction policy and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with what I bought. Their customer service was top-notch, keeping me in the loop with quick and clear communication the whole time. I'm really impressed with how much they care about making customers happy, and I wouldn't think twice about doing business with them again.

    Black Friday desk order

    I accidentally ordered the wrong desk on Black Friday when there was a good deal. But let me tell you, the customer service has been incredible. They've been in touch with me every day, and they even offered to send the right desk even though the sale was over. They gave me a full refund, including the shipping costs, without giving me any trouble. I still haven't gotten the right desk, but the customer service has been outstanding.

    The desk arrived and the required parts do not match to put the desk together. I have been going back and forth with customer service sending pictures and attempting to explain the problem and they keep sending me a canned message that they do not understand the problem and can I send clearer pictures. I have sent over 30 pictures and I am frustrated and ready to just send the desk back and try something else.

    WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THSI WEBSITE. Terrible quality products. Horrendous customer service. They will do everything in their power to make you keep the product and take your money. Save yourself the headache and buy from a more reliable source.

    Ordered a desk as a graduation gift for my daughter. Desk was delivered with missing parts. Emailed company and no response. Company also gave me a cheaper desk and never provided a refund. DO NOT BUY.

    This is really bad, John. I am still waiting to get my refund of an item I never received (see my review below). The main issue with you is that once you request the return, they will give you thousands of inaccurate responses. Hopefully this won't be your case. We should all organize and fill a class action or report for this company. Does anybody know how we can do this?

    I purchased a vanity for my daughter and the mirror came in broken. It's been days and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. The website I found for customer service issues does not exist. It's been really frustrating for me . Amazon should stop selling their products base on the reviews because we all seem to have the same problems lack of communication. They are not legit if they do not have a customer service line. I don't even know what else to try????

    Desk purchase through third-party retailer

    I just bought a desk from a different store and had some trouble with one of the drawers. The desk was good overall, but I had a hard time getting the drawer to slide in all the way because the instructions weren't very clear. When I reached out to the company for help, they told me they couldn't assist me since I didn't buy the desk directly from them.

    Defective desk purchase

    Stressful return process

    This company really has nerve trying to say they have easy returns, but let me tell you, my experience was anything but that. I couldn't get through to customer service, and every time I tried to reach out, it felt like they were just brushing me off. It's frustrating to deal with a company that straight up lies about what they offer. I'm really let down by the lack of professionalism and taking responsibility. I've never had such a bad time with an online store before. I'm going to take this problem to higher management and get help from the BBB so other folks know about this shady business.

    Affordable Furniture

    The furniture at this store is really nice and the prices are great. The only issue I have is that sometimes they run out of stock, which can be annoying if you have your heart set on something. I just wish they could do a better job of keeping their inventory up to date. But overall, I've been pleased with the furniture I've bought from them.

    Desk and file cabinet purchase

    OMG, I can't even believe it! I bought a desk and a file cabinet from this place, and let me tell you, it was a huge mistake. The quality was beyond terrible. Like, seriously everything was messed up. The holes didn't even match up, some weren't even drilled properly. The drawers on the cabinet wouldn't even shut correctly! And to top it all off, they sent me a file cabinet that didn't even match my desk. And when I tried to return one of the items, they were such a pain to deal with. They kept promising to send a shipping label but never did, and then had the nerve to make me pay upfront for it. It's so not cool. Now I'm out $400 and still no refund in sight. They even sent me some really rude messages when I tried to reach out to them. It's been a total nightmare! Don't go near this place at all costs!

    Impulsive purchase regret

    I messed up by not doing my homework before buying from this company on a whim. The reviews I saw later were spot on - I should have listened. The item I got wasn't what I had hoped for, and I was let down. I won't make that mistake again, and I'll definitely be more cautious next time I consider purchasing from a new company.

    Filing cabinet

    I've been really disappointed with the filing cabinet I got from your company. Right when I was setting it up, I noticed that one of the boards was cracked, so I couldn't even use it. I emailed customer support right away to ask for a refund and return. But it took forever for them to respond, and when they finally did, they just kept asking for a part number so they could send a replacement part. But I didn't want a replacement, I just wanted my money back. Even when they sent me a new cabinet, it still had issues like bent boards and drawers that wouldn't close properly. The support team's responses were no help at all, they just told me to take it apart and send a video, or to go get it fixed at a repair shop. And instead of giving me a full refund like I asked for, they just offered me a discount, which was frustrating because all I wanted was a cabinet that actually worked. This whole experience has made me question the quality of your products and the support your company offers.

    Kitchen table purchase

    I got this kitchen table from a company recently and it's been a total nightmare. The table is wobbly and needs a rug underneath for support, which they didn't mention when I bought it. On top of that, the tabletop came in four pieces with a flimsy metal guide that made putting it together nearly impossible. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all they do is give me bigger discounts and tell me to keep trying to assemble it myself. So, I had to take things into my own hands and open a case with PayPal and stop payment with my bank to try to get a return authorized. This whole thing has been a disaster and a waste of time and money. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

    This company is a total nightmare. The furniture I got was awful - pieces didn't fit, instructions were all wrong, it was a disaster. And don't get me started on customer service.     Lighted makeup desk with mirror purchase

    My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I bought a lighted makeup desk with a mirror for my daughter, and it was a disaster. After just a few months, the mirror turned black and was unusable. When I contacted customer service, I got unhelpful responses and they offered me a refund of only $20 out of the $200 I spent. The communication was a mess, with emails from different people each time who had poor English skills and no customer service knowledge. Dealing with them felt sketchy. I was so frustrated and disappointed with how they handled everything.

    Bookcase purchase

    I was really looking forward to buying a bookcase from this company! I saw some good reviews on their website and got excited. But man, that excitement didn't last long. When I actually checked out the item description, I noticed a bunch of mistakes. The depth measurements didn't make sense, and the bookcase was called a "Corner Bookcase" even though it didn't look like one in the picture. On top of that, the customer service emails were a hot mess. It was pretty obvious that whoever wrote them wasn't too great with English. After putting up with all that for a few days, I ended up canceling my order because of all the inaccuracies in the listing.
