Ladies shirt overpriced with pulls
The shirt I bought for the ladies wasn't really worth the expensive price. Even though it was a pretty color, the fabric had some noticeable pulls in it. The quality overall was kind of a letdown. I'll definitely be checking out reviews before I buy anything else to make sure I don't run into the same problem again.
Online purchase experience
I just bought something online, and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a huge letdown. I had trouble reaching anyone for help with my order, it was like they were avoiding me! And don't even get me started on the return process - what a headache. Charging me to return something? Not cool. In this day and age, customer service should be way better than this. It was basically non-existent and super frustrating.
Overpriced, subpar quality items
The customer service at this store is just terrible. Mrs. Turk totally ignored us when we were making a big purchase, and the other staff members were giving us dirty looks like we didn't belong there. Like, who cares what we were wearing? We were there to spend money, that's all that should matter, right? The way they treated us, judging us based on how we looked, really rubbed me the wrong way.
Swim suit purchase
I recently bought a swim suit because I saw a social media ad for a killer deal. But when I clicked on the link, the price was way higher than advertised. I shot an email over to customer service, but got no response. So I decided to give them a call, only to be told by the rep that they had no control over the prices on their ads. They said they would check and call me back, but never did. Nobody picked up when I tried calling their customer service line during business hours. It was a bummer of an experience, especially coming from a fancy high-end brand.
