I received the Troubadour Ridge Backpack as a gift and thought it looked pretty sleek at first. But here's the deal: the bottom of the shoulder straps was too small and flimsy, which made them constantly come loose whenever I tried to put on the backpack. I went ahead and left a 3-star review on their website, but guess what? It never showed up, even after I made sure to confirm my email and all that jazz.
