Troy-Bilt 30 inch tractor with 382 cc engine.
I have used Troy Bilt mowers before with good results. My new tractor arrived stored on end, soaked in motor oil. Pallet was damaged with broken pieces thrown in box. Engine cylinder was full of oil causing hydraulic lock. Left side of mower deck was damaged, causing blade interference. Trying to engage the blade caused engine to stall.
TROY-BILT NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER SHIPPER. FRAGILEPAK IS NOT GOOD.
