Classic and high-quality wardrobe pieces
I was a bit hesitant at first about trying Trunk Club, but now I can confidently say that I'm a loyal customer. At first, the prices seemed a bit steep, but once I realized that a Nordstrom sale applies to Trunk Club too, the value was clear. The quality of the items I've received is fantastic, and I know they'll last a lifetime. I usually go for classic pieces when shopping at Trunk Club because I love timeless style. The personalized styling experience is top-notch, and I enjoy working one-on-one with my stylist. I can't wait to get my trunks, and I always review my current wardrobe to make sure my new items will go well with what I already have. Oh my goodness, the clothes I got were so adorable! I was like totally in love with them. And they really stayed within my budget, which was awesome. I just don't want to splurge on clothes, you feel me? Other stores I've shopped at usually give me stuff that's way too expensive, but not this place! It's like they understand me.
Clothing purchase
My experience with Trunk Club was a total letdown. I put so much effort into letting them know exactly what I wanted in my trunk, only to have it sent back without a word. Customer service was no help at all, they just brushed me off and said my account was flagged. Seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this issue - others are in the same boat, and we're all left in the dark about why our accounts are getting blacklisted. It's annoying and definitely not cool.
First trunk order
Man, I was so excited to try out this styling service and I ordered my first trunk. But then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying my account got flagged and they couldn't help me anymore. What's up with that? I didn't even get an explanation for why they did that, and on top of it all, they wouldn't even refund my styling fee. I didn't even get to try out their styling service, so why should I lose out on my money? I used my own info to sign up and order, so this doesn't make any sense. Now my trunk is just sitting in a local FedEx office, waiting to be sent back. This whole thing feels like a scam!
