    My experience with Tulsa Body Jewelry was awesome! Even with all the craziness going on with COVID-19, they managed to get my order out super fast. The packaging was solid, and I loved that they included a measurement reference card. The jewelry itself was really high-quality and the prices were reasonable. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

    Smoky quartz ear tunnels

    I just bought some smoky quartz ear tunnels from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality. They were supposed to be double flare, but the back flare was way too small, so they kept falling out. It's obvious that they weren't made well, and I was pretty annoyed that I couldn't tell they were too small until I actually wore them. And on top of all that, when I tried to return or exchange them, the staff refused to help because I had already opened the package. Their lack of accountability and bad customer service really rubbed me the wrong way. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

    Wrong Gauge and Length Jewelry

    They sent me the wrong size and length of jewelry. I showed them pictures and got confirmation from other piercers, but they still denied their mistake. They were so rude, unprofessional, and condescending about it. And on top of that, they didn't even offer a refund, replacement, or return label. Definitely the worst experience I've had with any body jewelry retailer.

    Nose and Septum Pierce Replacement Parts

    The customer service at this store really dropped the ball. I was trying to find some specific replacement parts for my nose and septum piercings, and thought I hit the jackpot with them having the size I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else. Even though I got a heads-up email about my preferred size being out of stock, I picked another option. When my order arrived, everything looked great at first glance - well-packaged and easy to find. But when I took a closer look, I realized most of the parts were poorly made. The openings were way too small for the gauge they were supposed to fit, so I couldn't even use them. It was frustrating to see such shoddy craftsmanship that wasted my time and money. I chose to take the hit so I could warn others about the low quality of these items.

    Recent jewelry purchase

    I recently bought some jewelry at this store and let me tell you, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with body jewelry. The quality of the pieces was way worse than what they showed online. The labrets I got made my piercings stink and the retainers fell apart right away. I even had to switch back to a better piece from a different brand because the new one I got here was causing irritation. The customer service was just as bad. I contacted them about some problems I had and they didn't take me seriously and were really unprofessional. Saying their customer service email is just for a quick chat is not okay when customers have real concerns. The return process was also a hassle and seemed like they didn't really want customers to send anything back.
