I used M10 LITE scooter to commute, so far so good.

Everyone is getting used to faster service or less waits. I find it too slow to walk to and from places. I spent quite a bit of time researching scooters and this is the cheapest one I've found yet that meets my needs. When I was saving up for a car, I used it to commute, so far so good. Top speed is 16mph and the ride takes about 40 minutes and since 99% of the terrain is almost flat (concrete, asphalt, etc.) I don't mind the speed, nor the ride that long.

Build quality is pretty good. It's mostly assembled. All you need to do is assemble the front end and the wire according to the manual. It will be more intuitive and easier to understand if you go to the TURBOANT website to get the assembly video and instructions. To be honest, I didn't notice that there was a wire that I needed to connect when I first assemble it. I didn't look at the manual until I cannot turn on the scooter. Maybe you guys need to pay attention to this too:) There were no difficulties with the assembly and everything else seemed to work great.

I charged it before my first ride. It basically charges right out of the box and only takes about an hour to charge. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light on the charger lights green. I did a lot of riding on residential streets and bike paths, and after testing it with no issues I started using it for commuting.

Wheels: I was a little nervous because these are pneumatic tires and many reviews said they were a pain to replace. However, I have no complaints so far. I have had them for almost 2 months now and I have ridden them on small rocks, and they are still going strong. I always try to be careful where I ride and not be careless. However, sometimes this is unavoidable. Since there's air in it, I guess it helps with bumps and rocks. While I can still feel them and the ride is rough, the hard tires definitely make the ride harder and less smooth.

Weight: I'm a 4'9"" woman and weigh just over 100 pounds. The scooter weighs about a third of my weight, and since the battery is under the pedal, the weight is evenly distributed. The scooter can be lifted by hand after folding the pole. For me, it's a bit heavy. I recommend getting a handle or strap. Or go to the gym and work out more so you can handle it.

Mileage and Speed: As for range, I'm happy with it. I drove at top speed for most of the trip and came home with the battery of one and two bars, depending on the throttle. It cruises at two bars and will drop to one bar when accelerating. I didn't notice any slowdown on the scooter during the entire trip. This may have something to do with my weight and the road I ride on. If you weigh 80 pounds and live on the flat, you never have to stop and you get a lot of range. If you weigh 220 pounds (the scooter's maximum weight rating) and live somewhere with a lot of steep hills and a lot of stop-and-go, your range will be much less. this is how science works

Battery life: The manual says it takes 4 hours to fully charge. Today I only charged 3 bars (full charge is 4 bars), and my 40-minute drive was okay because I didn’t drive it to the maximum as usual. It has a top speed of 16 mph (your weight will also affect how fast it goes, 13 mph/or less). If I only had two bars of power when I left, it would be hard to do, and I would have to walk or push my scooter a few blocks to work. This happened to me once. I hope this gives you a good idea of battery life.

I paid a little over $300 for this scooter. The price is not bad at all. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, but I feel like even if it's a cheaper scooter, I'm lucky to have it.

    2 - X7 Pro Folding Electric Scooter

After doing my research of scooters built for larger adults, I found Turboant with help from www.electricscooterinsider.com. I was so excited by the reviews from electricscooterinsider.com. I am 6'-5" and 265lbs and here is a scooter built to carry up to 275lbs, wow. Everything about Turboant and how they built their scooters was smart, efficient, sleek, and looked very cool. I bought a pair of the X7 Pro Electric Scooters, one for me and one for normal human sized girlfriend.

Out of the box it was awesome, I put it together easily and standing on it the scooter felt sturdy and strong and built to carry 275lbs. My 110lb girlfriend was ecstatic, she was zipping and zooming around like an electric scooter riding phenom. Then it was my turn.

Whitin 2 minutes my battery overheating warning was going off and I could barely make out my girlfriend’s silhouette as she rode away into a galaxy far, far away.

This is where I am supposed to write that Turboant immediately sent out a replacement battery or set up a return and refund because I was in the 30 days return window. Unfortunately, that is not what happened.

I contacted customer service and the gentleman I spoke to told me that, “Of course the battery should not be overheating after 2 minutes and that he was sending an email to his management team” and, I should send an email to the support department. So, I put an email together and sent it in. I started of with the battery overheating and apparently that’s all I should have said, battery is overheating, it’s defective, end of story. But I was dumb enough to go into detail about the scooters performance before it overheated. I couldn’t get above 7 miles an hour on a flat, paved, dry road, and my girlfriend hit 20 mph. Going up a slight incline my girlfriend got hers up to 13mph and I got to carry mine up the incline because it stopped dead and I’m pretty sure I heard the scooter whimper before it stopped. This scooter may technically be able to “hold” 275lbs but it sure as heck can’t “move” 275lbs.

The Management team responded to my email with the threat that a return would cost me a 25% restocking fee and they included a photocopy of the fine print page that weather conditions, outside temperature, road conditions, tire conditions and every other possible scenario would affect the performance of the scooter.

Yup, I get that, I understand all that but what about the battery overheating after 2 minutes of riding under “ALL” of the conditions they listed. Nothing, zip, nada. No response to my emails, no call backs, nothing.

I am sorry to say I do not trust Turboant. I do not trust Turboant to stand behind their product. I do not trust Turboants advertisements. I do not trust Turboant to honor their one-year warranty against defects. I do not trust the Turboant customer service reps. I do not trust the Turboant “managers”. I believe Turboant is ignoring me, hoping I’ll go away or the 30 day return window will close.
I am going to post this review everywhere I can. To every web page, retailer, and reviewer. Anywhere I see Turboants advertisements, I am going to do whatever I can to warn people about this untrust worthy company and their products. They have $1,000.00 of my money and I have one defective scooter and one scooter that’s great as long as the rider is only 110lbs.

My first time with a scooter.

"I got my M10 Lite scooter one month ago. I usually never bother with reviews since most are just a matter of opinion anyway. This has compelled me to talk about this purchase in particular.

My first time with a scooter. It is not heavy, which is girls friendly. Easy to install - the instructions are clear. Easy to use - I can totally handle it on the second ride.

The speed is good, suitable for the side roads. It is equipped with a powerful electric motor that can easily reach the maximum speed. And it also brakes very well. The disc brake at the back, in conjunction with the brake at the front.

In addition to moving quickly on the road, this electric scooter can also bring me a lot of fun and convenience. Its folding design allows me to easily place it in the corner of my garage or office without worrying about taking up too much space. The folding mechanism makes it possible to fold the scooter quickly and easily and take it with you if necessary.

This electric scooter is also equipped with a high-definition LCD screen, which can visually display the current speed, electricity, and so on. I just need to get all the necessary information at a glance.

The battery life is enough for my ride to the supermarket nearby (7km for round way). Haven’t tried longer trips, but I think it should be capable of. For my purposes, my M10 Lite scooter is the optimal companion for daily commuting between Home and the train station, so I save myself the waiting time/travel time and can leave my car at home for a short distance.

However, not everything is perfect. After a month of riding, I encountered a small issue. The scooter's headlight is broken accidentally. I found it a bit inconvenient as I often used the scooter in the evenings. But I didn't let this dampen my enthusiasm... instead, I decided to seek help. I contacted the customer support team of the scooter manufacturer and explained my problem. The representative was incredibly friendly and supportive. They asked me a few questions to diagnose the issue, then they shared with me a video on how to replace the headlight. The video is clear and easy to operate. I sincerely appreciated their prompt and informative assistance. I followed the steps as recommended to replace the headlight, and to my delight, the headlight started working again!

I felt a sense of relief and was grateful for the excellent customer service I received. The fact that the company not only had reliable products but also attentive after-sales support made me appreciate my M10 Lite even more!

My experience with the M10 Lite electric scooter has been fantastic overall, it is likely the best budget electric scooter you can get on the market. While not as fancy as the other scooters, it perfectly does what you would expect it to do: shorten commuting times so I have more ample time for everything else. My usual activity range also widened because of this purchase. Although I encountered a small hiccup, the outstanding customer service turned it into a positive experience. I am grateful for the support I received and can confidently say that this electric scooter has truly enhanced my mobility and brought a lot of fun to my life. The M10 Lite is worth the price. I definitely recommend it!"""

This TurborAnt V8 scooter is awesome!

"This TurborAnt V8 scooter is awesome! I weigh 210lbs. Takes a little getting used to at first. It’s pretty quick and this thing scoots at 20mph. The cruise control is nice and the brakes work really well. It charges pretty fast 5-6 hours. It’s a blast to ride around town.

Personally, I love this scooter. It is built much better than other entry-level scooters especially because of the rear suspension most scooters at this price range don't particularly have. The rear shock is nice and it is attached to the rear wheel, the dual springs effectively absorb shocks from road imperfections. But on seriously rough surfaces, you feel more things (not the pneumatic tires).

The first thing you notice out of the box is how well they have shipped it and just overall how easy they make assembling it. After I got the TurborAnt V8 scooter parcel. I received an email reminder about installing the V8. So I was ready to ride about several minutes later!

The next thing I notice and that I really love about this scooter is the weight distribution, picking up and moving this scooter is quick and easy with a really simple and lock-tight folding mechanism.

Besides, there are 2 batteries, one is on the scooter stem and another battery sits on the base, which is what allows me to choose this scooter and it's great, one thing most electric scooter companies do is only have the battery sit on the scooter stem, it makes it very common for me. But I want something special on my scooter.

Another thing that is great is the big honeycomb tires that come with this scooter, they allow for an easy ride where I don't have to worry about a flat tire and are big enough to make the worry of hitting potholes easier to subside. The reason why I bought the V8 scooter with a Honeycomb tire instead of one with a Pneumatic tire is that I was really worried about the frequent flat tire issues and worrying about a flat is priceless. Especially on my work way. If that happens, I must be late for work.

The frame is also the thing I would like to mention, the handlebars are wider than my other scooter and feel better to ride with as it allows for more instability. Then the back fender being tight and reinforced by my metal is also something I love a lot, the other scooter I had would wobble and make noise, and honestly, I thought after a while it would have cracked and or even snapped off in a way.

There are a lot of pros without many cons, I honestly can't find a part of this scooter that I especially don't like. But one thing I really, really want to give TurborAnt is to add a seat to this cool scooter. It probably felt even better with a seat attached. After all, this is a scooter suitable for long-distance riding. In this way, if you get tired of standing during the ride, you can continue riding and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the scooter.

Everything aside, for a scooter in this price range, I don't think you could find a better-built electric scooter. I would give it my all and say that it is a 10/10, 5-star review for the scooter, I have had absolutely no issues with the scooter, and every time I ride it I only feel inclined to ride it more and more.

All in all it’s a great energy-efficient scooter and I highly recommend?"

    V8 Dual-Battery Electric Scooter

Have had this V8 scooter for a few months and it has been great! Nothing has come loose. The stem is rock solid. I bought it mainly for transportation after parking the car. I usually use it from the parking lot to the company and home. Really convenient! Sometimes I also ride the scooter when I go to the gym near the company, with it I don’t have to drive to the gym anymore, also no need to worry about illegal parking or paying parking fees. Compared with the electric scooters I bought before, this scooter has a better experience and better quality. I often go camping with it as well. When I was camping, people came over to look at it and asked for a link to purchase it, there is no doubt that, I told them all, and they all said that this scooter is very convenient to put in the trunk and is good for transportation. I helped introduce at least 4 new customers to Turboant.

My first consideration when buying a scooter is storage. The scooter folds easily and is easy to operate. It is no problem to put it in the trunk of the car. When I first received it, I needed to tighten a few screws to fix the front handle. It was very simple. They provided an installation video and operation manual, but I installed it without even watching them. It took only about 2 minutes.
The second is the battery life. The scooter is equipped with 2 batteries, which have a long battery life. One charge is enough for me to use it for a week. The battery is removable and easy to charge. Charging time is not long, each battery for 4 hours while charging separately.
The third is speed-up. The sports mode speed-up is gradual, the speed-up is very stable, the maximum speed can reach 20mph, and the power is strong. One of the designs that makes me very satisfied is that the scooter adopts a non-zero start mode. You can start it by swiping your foot and pressing the accelerator. This can avoid unnecessary accidents.
Fourth, shock absorption, the wheel shock absorption effect is very good. It's not bumpy when passing speed bumps. The ride is very stable and does not rock around, giving it a safe feeling.
Additionally, The headlight is super bright and more than enough to see at night. Plus Turboant’s front bag is even more powerful, it can hold a lot of small things!

All in all, I think it meets my expectations. The scooter looks great and is the center of attention wherever I ride it. It solves my daily commuting problem and allows me to travel smoothly in the city. It has no emissions and reduces air pollution. Absolutely a good choice for environmentally friendly travel and simply a must-have item for going out on the street!
By the way, if there is anything I don’t understand, the customer service will answer it patiently right away. I’m very satisfied with it!

Best on the market for sure! It is worth buying as a gift for friends and family!

    Very satisfied with my purchase

I've been enjoying the X7 Max scooter almost one year so far. It's got all the power needed to get my 210 lbs up all but the steepest of paths and the ride and features have been great. Much better than expected. And I wanted to share my review after a year of use.

The setup is pretty straightforward for this scooter, it only took me a few minutes to fully assemble it. The scooter is supremely excellent. The construction is very sturdy and very well-finished. I also have bought an extra battery to extend our range. As far as I've learned, X7 Max features a 350 watt front wheel drive hub motor being powered by 360 watt hour 36 volt removable lithium battery. The large 5.3 inch ground clearance makes the scooter truly stand out, it allows me to clear common debris and curves during the commute. I'm also impressed with the 10 inch pneumatic tires, personally, I prefer air tires over solid tires for comfortable riding. I really like the removable battery design. It does come with a lock to prevent battery's theft. For a city commuter, I personally think it is a great way because you can simply bring your scooter into bicycle storage or just somewhere it allows you to park at work, and you remove the battery and bring it up with you to charge, no worrying about somebody will ride it away while you lay down on the glarmous sunset afternoon. On a full charge in sport mode, it can easily hit to Max speed 20 mph on flat surface, but I'm NOT really impressed with the hill climbing capabilities, I was able to climb up to about 15% degree with my weight of about 210 pounds. This will not be an issue if someone weighs much less than me. Whatever I still think this is one of the most comfortable scooters I've ever ridden. Because the battery lives on the stem, they were able to make the deck much thinner which seems to offer a bit of flex and tandem with the tires. Excellent communication and information about the product and safety aspects of use. I'm super satisfied with the ride quality.

The construction is well built with tidy wring and this scooter is quite small and portable once the stem folds down. It easily fits into the back of a car or under a table. In terms of its lightweight, you feel no pressure to pack it around or upstairs. The stem is super rigid and the locking mechanism ensures that your scooter looks like more compact. There are three selectable ride modes, Eco, Comfort, and Sport mode. I just leave it on sport mode to pursue a fast-riding experience. In an urban environment, I'm pretty sure you need a bright front LED light if you are riding on a dark night. Though the scooter's original front LED light is enough for most people's needs, I recommend just getting a helmet light to avoid the bumps on the road.

This scooter is perfect for both leisurely rides and quick errands. It's incredibly versatile. Recommend so far based on time and use. Really good value and their price was the best by far. The customer support is also awesome. Very satisfied with my purchase!

    Overall

TurboAnt X7 Max is a true standout in the market.

I purposely waited for a while to leave a review for this scooter. I can confidently say that the TurboAnt X7 Max is a true standout in the market. This exceptional scooter has exceeded my expectations in every way, delivering an unrivaled combination of construction quality, power, range, and performance.

Construction quality: From the robust frame to the high-quality components, the X7 Max scooter exudes durability and reliability. It worked seamlessly out of the box, with a folding system, which is easy to fold and very resistant. This scooter has an added battery lock in the stem for an optimized riding experience and security. Also, the footrest is broad and can fit huge feet easily.

Power: The X7 Max scooter has a 450W motor, which provides ample torque. It has three speed modes, Eco, Comfort, and Sport. Eco mode goes to under 6 mph, Comfort mode goes to under 10 mph and Sport mode goes from 11-20 which actually feels pretty dam fast and slick. Whether navigating through city streets or cruising on open paths, the X7 Max scooter handles it all with grace and power.

Range: The X7 Max range is impressive. I've been doing 30 miles for a week. It's huge for my limited needs. With the ability to cover substantial distances on a single charge, I've been able to enjoy extended rides without worrying about constantly recharging. This feature has truly expanded my commuting options and allowed for more adventurous excursions.

Other parts: It has two brakes, a regenerative one on the front wheel and a disc one on the rear, which is a safety plus for braking, I imagine. Usually using the regenerative one that acts on the motor is enough: I use the disc one only for almost """"emergency"""" braking. The brakes are pretty sturdy and stop perfectly when required and give a good deal of control while riding. The riding is pretty smooth. Since the tires seem ..., they can handle small bumps with ease. It also has a small LED screen that shows the battery status and the speed. The shocker here was, it has Cruise control. After holding the throttle for more than 6 seconds, it gets into cruise control mode automatically. The front light illuminates, but if you go out at night, use an additional high-power front light.

Additionally, I would like to note that when I did have to reach out to their customer service, I was blown away by the quality and speed of the responses and support I received.
My scooter stopped after hitting a big bump, I contacted support by email and they responded fast and efficiently, sending videos, and asking questions to identify the problem (which in the end It was the throttle issue), and when they found out, they sent me the entire throttle for free to change it! Fixed in 10 minutes and working perfectly again. My experience with the technical support service is unbeatable, of course. They usually respond to email within the day.

In conclusion, I'd say this electric scooter is an excellent purchase for those looking for a reliable and fun mode of transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend the X7 Max, it has exceeded my expectations, and I am excited to see where it takes me on my future journeys!

    Worth the money!

"I already owned a smaller version of the Turboant Scooter (X7 max), which I loved and which gave me the confidence to buy this scooter for my daughter without regret.

This scooter is top-of-the-line: the best of all the electric scooters I have ridden, including all the brands of street-rental scooters. It is more smoother, and it is lighter and more handy than the X7 Max model. The quality and look of it is great…very modern. The design is nice I really like how it looks it feels sturdy and pretty solid it will last longer than expected for sure. It was very easy to assemble. Love the digital screen, lets you know your battery power as well as the speed you’re going. It also has brake lights and headlights for nighttime and a horn as well. Once you get the hang of the buttons and functions you’ll be cruising around in no time.

The pedal is also wide, the motor is also powerful, and it is able to go up some small hills. It takes a couple of hours to charge but once it’s fully charged, believe it or not, the scooter will go for a good amount of miles before it runs out of a full battery.

The M10 lite is lighter than the X7 max, but it works just fine for my daughter, especially since she sometimes needs to carry it by hand. The pedals aren't any narrower than the X7 max though, so it's comfortable to stand on, and you don't feel like you're standing in a very small space, but rather quite stable. Plus it has almost the same """"footprint"""" as any other scooter, so it can be taken on public transport if needed.

In fact, my daughter is not a little person. On the contrary, her weight is close to that of some men. I hope everyone won't make fun of her here. She weighs 200lbs and is very tall, which attracts attention, so she resists walking slowly down the street by herself. With this situation, it's a little hard to find a reasonably priced scooter that will fit her well and won't break! She can and often does hit 16 mph. (The recommended tire pressure is 38-40 psi (262 -276 kPa) in hot weather and 40-45 psi (276 -310 kPa) in cold weather. The tires need to be inflated to the appropriate pressure range so that The pipe will not burst easily during transportation and riding - this is recommended by customer service).

Like the X7 Max, the M10 lite folds and fits into the trunk of my car pretty easily when my family goes out for a picnic. Folding and lifting it is of course also easy for me without any doubt.

When climbing a hill, Bumps are always inevitable. But she still avoids all bumps if possible.

It can also handle rougher roads fairly well and feels steady under your feet. The ride isn't too rough, just watch your speed if you're not an experienced rider.

In short, her riding it daily has been a breeze, the Turboant M10 lite scooter is the best electric scooter I can find at this price point. Worth the money! The customer service team responded quickly and excellently to any questions I had, and I would rate them 5 stars. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a price-reasonable, comfortable ride, and Entry-level electric scooter with great support!"

    Good quality and low price

"I haven't spent a lot of time riding this scooter yet, but so far, I have high hopes for it. I've ridden some rental scooters before, so I have something to compare it to, in terms of performance.

You never really know what condition the scooter is going to be in until you ride a rent scooter.

Battery power, brakes, and other adjustments may be less than ideal because these parts get a lot of use. I can understand why people like these, as it's a low-commitment option compared to owning your own scooter (although owning your own scooter is obviously cheaper over time).

Personally, I prefer to have my own, where I can maintain it myself and always know it's ready. Having said that, like any machine (even a bicycle), some self-maintenance is inevitable.

Starting with me being a 180-pound rider:
The last time I rode, I started with a full charge and drove about 5 miles on my college campus with lots of rolling terrain. The scooter performs well with good acceleration and only struggles on steep hills (not sure what the angle of the hill is, but it's hard to walk up those hills for a long time). The brakes are great too and I always feel like I'm in control. When I came back, I still had 3/4 of a bar, although I suspect it was probably closer to 2 bars. Handling is nimble enough to maneuver around other pedestrians with ease yet remains solid at higher speeds. I didn't get a reliable top speed measurement because I couldn't find a stretch of flat road long enough, but even so, I easily hit 16 mph without going full throttle. (Rider weight, gradient and battery charge will be the main factors in determining top speed)

    Advantage:
    -Good quality and low price
    -Sturdy construction, not too heavy
    -Simple/ergonomic design
    -Removable battery

    Disadvantage:
-The battery level display could have more bars to help show the battery level more accurately, and it dips momentarily on steep hills and then goes back up once you reach level ground. This is normal! Every battery-powered device does this when power demand is high. You're fighting gravity, which requires a lot of strength, depending on your weight.
-The throttle is very sensitive, which makes it difficult to engage cruise control except for top speed. To engage cruise control, maintain a steady (very steady) speed for a few seconds, then you will be able to take your hands off the throttle while maintaining that speed. To disengage, hit the throttle or brake and it will shut down immediately. (I didn't know about this feature before I got this scooter, but it's very nice to have)

    Suggestion:
-The pedal can be made thicker, which is very important for a rider at 180 pounds or more. Every time I jumped on the scooter, my brain would bring me some trance, worried that the pedal would be broken by my weight. The battery on the stem pulls the center of gravity of the scooter forward, so if the pedal can be designed to feel more safe, it would be better!

Turboant this scooter deserves my highly praise, and I also hope it can do better and go further. Become a brand worthy of long-term trust."

    Sturdy and durable V8 scooter

"I am a college student living off-campus with a 20-minute walk distance to campus, i was sweating profusely and exhausted when I walked to the classroom every day. I felt that these 20 minutes had consumed all my energy, especially if I woke up late one day, I had to run! Our campus is really big, and it’s a bit hard for me to shuttle between different teaching buildings every day, therefore, I decided to buy a V8 scooter on the recommendation of my friend. She also had a V8 scooter and she had very good reviews about it, so after trying to ride her scooter, I bought this V8 scooter without much hesitation or comparison with other brands or models. Yeah. I'm really a lazy person, lazy to walk or choose one among the dazzling array of scooters. But fortunately, this scooter really did not disappoint me. I've been using it for a few months and haven't had any problems so far. I have never been late since I got the scooter, and I feel extremely relaxed and happy on the way to campus now. I even am more willing to hang out on campus with my friends on scooters. This is simply a must-have item for lazy people. If you are like me and are too lazy to spend a lot of time choosing a scooter or have difficulty choosing. I can confidently suggest that you might just go for this V8 scooter. Let me summarize my experience of the main features of this scooter.

Design, I really like its simple black design! The texture of the product-quality vehicle is very good. The welding joints of the frame are very neat and smooth, very weighty and strong. There are no burrs in all the metal parts and plastic parts of the car, they are very smooth. The kickstand is so cute too.

Installation, It is easy to install. There are only 8 screws in the whole box and a wrench tool is included. You only need to tighten these screws and install the scooter head. It only takes a few minutes. After placing the order, Turboant's customer service immediately contacted me and provided installation instructions.

Shock absorption effect, The shock absorption effect is really good. The pneumatic tires are installed on the scooter, it is very smooth and sturdy to ride, and there is no problem at all over ordinary speed bumps. The tires grip well.

Battery life, can be used for a week on a single charge

Speed, the fastest speed it can reach is about 20 mph, it is fast enough for me, and cruise control is supported. You can choose what speed you want.

If I have to talk about the shortcomings of the scooter, I think it is that I can’t ride it when it rains. After all, water is the enemy of any electronic product. The price of this scooter is not expensive, but I definitely don’t want it into any damage risks.

Overall this scooter is absolutely perfect for a short commute somewhere close. The quality is great and I believe it will last my final 3 years of college.
I highly recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a way around their local college campus with ease. If something goes wrong with the scooter within a year of owning, just contact customer support and they’ll help you out with no trouble at all! "
