Bidet attachment purchase
My experience with the bidet attachment was a bit of a mixed bag. When I first encountered some issues, I had to leave a negative review in order to get the support I needed. However, once I reached out for help, they were quick to assist and fixed the problem right away. The installation process went smoothly and was easy to do, and I've been using the product for a few days now. It's working just as it's supposed to, which is a relief after the initial hiccup. I do have to say, though, that the product feels a little flimsy - the plastic seems thin, and I'm concerned about how durable it will be in the long run. Overall, I'm happy with how it functions, but I do think there's room for improvement in the quality of the build.

I recently got myself a bidet and I gotta say, it's been awesome so far. Setting it up was a breeze and the instructions were really easy to follow, which made the whole process super smooth. I always thought it would be nice to have one of those fancy toilets with all the bells and whistles, but my bathroom doesn't have an outlet. Then, in the midst of the crazy year that was 2020, I stumbled upon this bidet. Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. My husband had no trouble setting it up, and now it's my absolute favorite thing about our bathroom. I actually prefer to hold it until I get home just so I can use it. It was such a hit that I even gifted one for Christmas.
Purchased an electric bidet seat
I just bought an electric bidet seat, and man, was I bummed out by the shape it was in when it got here. It was obviously used, gross, and even had water leaking out when I first opened it up. I was pretty annoyed right off the bat and tried to reach out to customer service right away to set up a return and get my money back so I could look into other choices. The whole thing really left me feeling disappointed, especially after shelling out so much cash for it.
Bidet purchase
I bought a bidet and it was pretty good overall, but the prices and discounts kept changing all the time. I had to reach out to customer support to make sure I was getting the same deal on my second purchase as my first, which was annoying. Also, I found out there was a special part for dealing with high water pressure that wasn't in the instructions, and I only knew about it because I asked support. Setting it up was pretty easy, but I had to deal with rusty connections and a leaky supply valve that made it more difficult. It would have been nice to know about these issues beforehand. Customer support was helpful, but sometimes it was hard to understand them because of language barriers. Plus, the constant potty humor in their emails got old fast.
Ace purchase
I just got the Ace and setting up the plumbing was easy peasy - until I hit a roadblock trying to attach it to the toilet. The replacement bolts they gave me didn't fit right, so I was stuck in installation limbo. I contacted Customer Service, but all I got was an automated email about high email traffic, leaving me hanging for a whole week. I was so annoyed that I ended up having to cut my toilet seat bolts just to move forward with the installation. It was such a hassle, and all because of the wrong parts they sent me.
