Contact lens purchase
I haven't actually gotten the product yet so I can't give a review on that, but I gotta give props to the awesome customer service I got. I had a mix-up with my shipping address so I contacted customer support. Gave them all the info they needed, like the order number, and explained the situation. The rep was super fast and sorted out the address issue right away. They fixed it within an hour, even before the order was processed. I was really impressed with how quick and helpful they were, definitely deserving of a solid 5-star rating for their service. Can't wait to actually get the product and I'll update my review after that.
Contacts, variety, quality
I really love all the different eye contacts you can find at Twinklens. It's so cool how I can change up my eye color whenever I want, and the best part is that they're affordable too! Sometimes my friends don't even recognize me when I switch up my eye color, and they always get a kick out of it. The customer service is top-notch - always there to help, although I haven't really needed them much. It's nice to know they're there just in case, though. I always get a little nervous ordering from new sites, but I took a chance with Twinklens and I've been a loyal customer for years now. No regrets at all!

I'm really bummed out because I love my contact lenses, but I haven't been able to buy any for months. The company won't take my prepaid credit cards, so now I'm stuck without my favorite contacts. It's a real letdown.

I ordered about two weeks ago and still have not received an update or anything. I have no clue where my order is or when it is supposed to come.

Once i made my order they kept emailing me saying I hadn't paid for my order yet that I still had my order in the cart I had already ordered them and pay for them the first tracking number did not work whatsoever the second tracking number went through the next day on the 24th I haven't heard anything yet they haven't moved or anyting out of Jamaica New York since the 24th it is now the 28th of February the little text thing doesn't work and give you any answers now they're saying it's going to be 10 to 15 days but there's no type of tracking that you can see whatsoever starting to feel scam door like I'm not going to get my eyes lenses so I'm not sure I'm going to like them at all the price is wonderful but looks like you go through just you being forgot you even ordered them by the time they get here
