I ordered a jacket from Ultamodan last November. No shipment information provided after purchase. I was told my order has been processed but I still have not received the product as of late January. Exchanged emails with three customer service representatives which was not helpful. Wanted to cancel the order and get my refund. No luck. I do not know how they sustain their business with this unacceptable attitude - frustrating.

This company never sent a confirmation email when I ordered from their website. It's like my order fell into a dark hole. Eventually after 9 weeks I emailed them . No response. So I requested a charge back from my bank. Only then did a get a long apologetic email full of excuses. I'll never order from these people again.
