Dress
I ordered a dress from this company over a year ago, and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to them many times for an update, but all I get are empty promises and no real answers. It's super frustrating and disappointing to be kept in the dark like this. I feel like I've been ripped off, and I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to reconsider.
Jeans purchase
The jean selection at this store is seriously awesome. They've got everything from high-waisted mom jeans to super trendy skinny jeans, so no matter your style, they've got you covered. The denim quality is top-notch, and the fit is always perfect. I've bought a bunch of jeans from this store and I've never been disappointed. Plus, the prices are totally fair for the quality you're getting. If you're looking for a new pair of jeans, I definitely suggest checking out their collection.
Black formal dress
I'm so bummed about the black formal dress I got from this online store. I ordered it over a year ago and all I've gotten since then are empty promises and excuses. They keep saying they'll send my dress, but it never shows up. So frustrating. And I've seen other people dealing with the same thing - terrible service and no accountability. It's just not right for a company to treat customers like this. It's shady and wrong. This whole thing has really turned me off, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Black trench coat
I just got this really nice black trench coat from an online store. When I got it, I was happy with how good it looked. The size was just right and the material felt really strong. The customer service people got back to me quickly and gave me updates on when it would arrive. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase.
My new clothes
I just received my new clothes from here and OMG! They are seriously so cool! The fabric is incredibly soft and the colors are just adorable. I am absolutely in love with everything I bought and I'm already planning on wearing them all the time. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future!
Dress and jacket purchase
I was a bit worried at first because of the bad reviews I read, but I ended up being really happy when my dress and jacket showed up right on time. The quality was even better than I thought, especially for how cheap they were. I'm so happy with what I got and will definitely shop there again.

I ordered something almost three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all and it's really frustrating. I should have done more research before buying.
Unreceived item
I'm really sorry to say that dealing with this company has been a total nightmare for me. I bought something three months ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back about my order or getting my money back. It's really upsetting and discouraging to be completely ignored like this. I'm really shocked by the lack of customer service and concern shown by this company.
Sparkly dress purchase
I got this super cute sparkly dress from a place, but man was it a disaster! It looked nothing like the picture and took forever to arrive. I mean, they were using photos from another website to trick people into buying their stuff. And when I tried to leave a bad review on Facebook, they turned off the comments! Isn't that shady? Then they had the audacity to email me pretending to be some fancy legal service just because I said something bad about them. Ugh, I'm still waiting for my dress over a year later!
Stylish dress
I just bought this cute dress from this one company and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. I ordered that dress a whole year ago and still haven't gotten it. The customer service has been totally ghosting me and every email they send just promises that my order is a top priority and on its way, but nothing ever shows up. Dealing with a company that's this shady and unorganized is beyond frustrating.
£100 worth of items
I just wanted to share about my recent experience with this online store. I spent $100 on some items, but it was honestly the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The delivery was delayed, communication was lacking, and the customer service was terrible. Overall, I was really disappointed with the whole thing.
Skirt ordered on January 8th
I ordered a skirt on January 8th and was told it would arrive in 10-15 days. But here we are on February 1st and still no skirt! I reached out to them via email and they replied that it will be another 8-10 days. It's frustrating, they never mention any delays or provide updates on when they'll ship your order. The tracking just says "processing" without any progress. It's confusing, I have no idea what's happening. Communication would make a world of difference. At this point, I just want a refund. Pull it together, folks!
Oversized sweater
Hey, I wanted to give you all a heads up about this place - steer clear. I got this super cute oversized sweater from them, but guess what? It never showed up when it was supposed to, and now I never got it at all! I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service for the past few months, but I haven't heard anything back. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother ordering from them. Total scammers who don't care about their customers.

I'm really upset with the low level of service I received from this company. I bought something, but it never showed up, even though I tried to reach out to them multiple times. They didn't help me out or give me a refund, which makes me think they're not very honest.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a jacket from them two years ago and never got it or my money back. Even after lots of emails and promises, I never got anything. It was so frustrating and disappointing. Based on what happened to me, I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Misleading purchase, late refund
I bought something from this company back in November 2021, but when it finally arrived, it was totally not what I was expecting. I sent it back in December 2021, paying for the return myself, and Ultamodan said they got it back. But now it's been 8 months and still no refund. Seems like they're purposely delaying refunds to cheat their customers.

I'm really upset about the service I got from this company. I ordered a bunch of stuff months ago and still haven't gotten anything. I've tried contacting their customer service several times, but all I ever get are robot replies. I asked for my money back, but they don't seem to want to help.
Styling work items purchase
I bought some stuff for my styling gig, but it never showed up. I've tried hitting up the company multiple times for a refund, but crickets. Their lack of response and service is a major letdown. Gonna have to take this problem up a notch if they keep ignoring me.

I ordered my vest on January 8th and still haven't received it. I emailed customer service for the second time last week and have not heard anything back. I'm not happy at all with the lack of customer service, or the lack of delivery at this point. My order status still says "order placed" . Are they a scam?
