    Stunning Chinoiserie Peacock Hook Pillows

    I was a little unsure about ordering from UnbeatableSale because of all the negative reviews I had seen, but I just had to have those gorgeous Chinoiserie Peacock Hook Pillows I saw at my friend's house. They were so stunning and really brought a touch of class to my living room. The quality was fantastic and they fit right in with my decor. Even though I was hesitant at first, I took a leap of faith and ordered them from UnbeatableSale, and I am so happy I did. The pillows showed up quickly, straight from the manufacturer, and were packaged securely to make sure they got to me in perfect shape. The whole process was smooth sailing, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Anyway, I reached out to customer service at UnbeatableSale for some help with returning it, and they were awesome.     I bought this dog kennel from UnbeatableSale on Walmart.com and had a bad time. I thought it was from Walmart, but it was actually from UnbeatableSale. Then, three days after ordering, I got an email saying they had to cancel my order because of a pricing mistake. This led to a 10-day hold on my card because of their error, which was super annoying. The whole situation left me feeling let down by their customer service.

    Incorrect item received

    I bought something recently and got the wrong thing. I sent pictures twice, but the company still said I was wrong, even though the proof was on their own copy of the order and packing slip. It took a few weeks of going back and forth, but they eventually said they'd give me some money back if I paid for the return shipping and insurance. I was bummed out that I had gotten it from another store that wouldn't help fix the problem. If I knew they were gonna reorder from a sketchy place, I wouldn't have bought it.

    I got these shoes from UnbeatableSale not too long ago, but had to send them back ‘cause they didn’t fit right. It all began well with the return slip and all that, so I packed up the shoes and shipped them back in the box they came in. But then, a few days later, they hit me up saying I needed an RMA number for the return to go through. Like, nobody told me that in the first place, so that was kinda frustrating.

    OMG, you guys, my new backpack from this company is seriously AMAZING! It has all these cool compartments and fits all my stuff just right. And it's so cute, I'm totally in love with it! People are gonna be checking out my backpack for sure when I show up at school with this bad boy.

    Nonprofit items ordered online

    I just bought some stuff online from a nonprofit, and they had this company fill the order. But here's the thing - I checked the tracking info and it said the package was delivered, but I never got it. And the kicker is, I paid for it using donated money, so I can't afford to buy the stuff again. It's really getting on my nerves having to sit around waiting for them to figure out where the package went with the shipping company.

    I just bought something from this company and they totally messed up my order. They sent me the wrong item, which was way cheaper than what I actually bought. When I asked for my money back, they tried to deny me! It was so annoying. Make sure you do your research before buying stuff online to avoid getting scammed like I did.

    Used tree stand purchase

    I bought a tree stand from this company not too long ago. When it showed up, it was clearly used and not in great shape. The package was all torn up and the price tag was missing. When I tried to get my money back, the folks in Customer Service were super rude and not at all professional. One of them even hung up on me when I asked to talk to a manager. It was pretty obvious that some of them were struggling with English. This whole ordeal just didn't sit right with me, and I won't be buying from them ever again. Stay away from this company, for sure!

    I recently bought an end table from UnbeatableSale and had a lousy experience with the delivery and customer service. I ordered the table online and was super excited for it to show up at my door. But when the package finally arrived, I was shocked to see that it was the wrong item. Instead of the end table I had been dreaming of, I got something totally different. I immediately contacted UnbeatableSale through their customer service, hoping to get it sorted out fast. To my dismay, they told me it was up to me to fix their mistake. I was told to print a label and either take it to FedEx or give it to a driver for the return. Not only was this a hassle, but they also said they didn't do express shipping for replacements, which I thought was just not right.

    I bought this water fountain from UnbeatableSale not too long ago and man, was I let down. When I got it, it looked like somebody else had used it before and it didn't even work! Can you believe I shelled out $270 for something that was totally useless? It's so aggravating to spend that much money on a product that doesn't even do what it's supposed to. I am seriously bummed out about the poor quality of this item and honestly, I feel like I got ripped off.

    7' Nearly Natural Yucca plant purchase

    I bought this Yucca plant from Nearly Natural on Unbeatable Sale's website, and when it showed up, the ceramic pot was all busted up. I've been trying to get my money back by reaching out to both Unbeatable Sale and Amazon, but so far, no luck. The customer service people keep pointing fingers at the shipping company, even though it's obvious the damage was from the crappy packaging. It feels like they're just selling off damaged stuff, and that's just not cool.

    I had a really bad time dealing with UnbeatableSale. The customer service folks were not helpful at all and seemed to be more interested in being sarcastic than actually helping me out. It was like they had no clue what was going on when I tried to get some assistance. Plus, they didn't own up to any of the mistakes that were made and couldn't seem to fix any of the problems I was having. Honestly, it was hands down one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had.
