I recently bought some skincare products from an online store and was happy at how fast they shipped my order. But then I found out that my package got sent back to them because they had the wrong address. Even though it was a bummer, the customer service team was super helpful and understanding. They told me that as soon as the items were available again, they would send me a replacement if I didn't mind waiting a bit. I've shopped with this store a few times and their customer service is always great. I really appreciate how quickly and smoothly they fixed this problem.
k18 mask
I got the k18 mask and was so happy with the service I got. Even though I'm in Brazil and had to deal with customs, my order went smoothly. The seller fixed a problem I had right away and kept me in the loop. When my package arrived, I could tell they took care packaging it. I was worried about the k18 mask being real, but it is legit and really good quality. I'm super happy with the service and the product. I totally recommend this seller to anyone looking for skincare products.
Efficient, good prices, fast delivery
I didn't know much about this company at first, but after seeing some good reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how easy it was to order, the prices were great, and my stuff showed up super quickly. I'd for sure think about buying from them again. The only downside was that my package was just left on my doorstep by Royal Mail, where anyone could see it, which made me kinda nervous about security.
Makeup purchase
I ordered some makeup and it got here really quickly. But when I opened up the package, there was something missing! So I reached out to customer service and talked to this lady named Holly. She was amazing! Holly got back to me right away and helped me locate the missing item. She worked so fast and effectively, I was really impressed.
Expired serum purchase
I bought this serum from unineed, but I didn't receive any confirmation or shipping info. And when I finally got it, it was already expired! I shelled out more than €70 for it, which is quite a bit to spend on something past its prime. I tried to contact customer service, but I never heard back. It might have been a good deal, but the product should at least be good quality!
First-time purchase, quick delivery, well-packaged item, competitively priced
I just bought something from this company for the first time, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The delivery was crazy fast and the item came in awesome packaging. On top of that, the prices were super competitive. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff in the future.
