My Experience with Uniplaces
I have been a client of Uniplaces for over a year now and I have been extremely satisfied with my experience. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it easy for me to find and book apartments for my university stays. The listings are accurate and the photos give a good representation of the apartment, which is something I appreciate.
The customer service team is also top-notch. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or issues that I have had and they have always been able to resolve them to my satisfaction.
One of the things that I love most about Uniplaces is the flexibility they offer. I am able to book apartments for short-term stays, which is perfect for my university needs. They also offer a variety of different types of apartments, so I am able to find something that suits my budget and preferences.

I was really happy with the real home options that Uniplaces had. Booking was easy and I got confirmation right away. What I really liked was that Uniplaces didn't just talk the talk, they walked the walk too. The cost was a little steep, but worth it compared to hotel prices. Plus, the chance of getting cash back was a nice little bonus. Overall, Uniplaces was way better than badi.com.

Horrible service
The service was terrible. They were nowhere to be found. Per the contract, they were supposed to give me back my deposit within a month of the lease ending. But the owner refused for no good reason and I was left high and dry. I even wrote a bad review for them, but it never got posted online. With such a high cost for such a lousy service, I'm extremely let down.
Easy to use website with accurate information
The website was super easy to use and had all the right info about the properties. Only thing was, there weren't a ton of options to choose from. But, all in all, I'd say it was a pretty good experience.
Booked a stay
My time with Uniplaces was awesome! Booking was a breeze and the customer service was incredibly helpful. The prices were fair and I got all the information about my stay quickly. I will definitely book with them again!
Fast booking process
I found a simple booking platform, but the payment details were a little unclear and I wasn't able to contact the landlord before booking. Despite that, my experience has been pretty good overall.
Easy room search
I found it really helpful to be able to set specific conditions when looking for a room that met my needs. But it would be even better if there was a way to filter for women-only rooms.
Violent and unpleasant living environment
The vibe in the house was just tense and uncomfortable, not directed at me but between themselves, which made my stay really uneasy and awkward. I wouldn't suggest it.
Rental booking experience
My experience with this company really let me down. They said they were all about helping customers, but it felt like they only cared when it worked for them. The prices were crazy high and the service just wasn't there after I made my reservation. It seemed like they were just focused on making money, even if it meant charging me more than they should have.
Accommodation Booking Experience
I recently had a really bad experience with this company in the accommodation rental business. I booked an apartment, paid a big prepayment for the first rent and a sketchy fee. But when I got to the apartment, it was totally different from what they showed online - the bathroom was shared and not what I needed. I told the owner and the company, but they didn't offer any other options, so I was stuck without a place to stay. They were really unprofessional and didn't handle the situation well at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services again.
Booking issue
This website is a disaster! I was trying to cancel my old booking and somehow ended up canceling the new one instead. So now I had to book the room again and ended up paying twice. And now I'm afraid to cancel the old booking because I don't want the same thing to happen. The customer service has been no help at all and this whole thing has been a nightmare.
Frustrating booking process
This platform says it's all about being "no guarantor, no bureaucracy." I've tried to reserve a few times and none of them have gone through – and they haven't even told me why! They really need to be more upfront and responsible with their rental deadlines and give us more info. They say no guarantor needed, but still ask for so much proof, guarantors, crazy deposits, and fees! And all on top of what the platform already charges. My profile is professional, but my requests show up as student profiles. What gives? Can't even give me the respect to reply and point me in another direction?!?!?
Stay away!
I had the worst experience with Uniplaces! They said they would assist with check-in and address any problems, but it was a disaster from the get-go. When we got to the room, we realized we couldn't even use the fridge. On top of that, the only water available was cold. We reached out multiple times through their website, but they hardly bothered to reply, and there's no phone number to call. Absolutely no help when we really needed it. Don't deal with the stress, look for somewhere else to stay.
Online accommodation booking
I can't believe how bad my experience was with this service! It was a total disaster. Their customer service was basically invisible - no help at all. I had to figure out everything on my own since they weren't willing to lend a hand. It was just awful!
Misleading advertising, poor living conditions, difficult landlord contact.
The pictures on the website made the apartment look way better than it actually was. When we got there, it was a mess and we couldn't even get a hold of the landlord. We tried to get our money back from both the landlord and Uniplaces, but they said we had no reason to complain. We showed them tons of pictures proving how bad it was, but they still said no. We had no choice but to stay since we already paid for the first month and didn't get our money back. It was awful, and I really don't recommend using this service.
Easy rental agreement
I was so surprised when I got my rental agreement from the landlord so quickly - like, in just 24 hours! But man, the fee I had to pay was way too high. And on top of that, I had to hand over a bunch of months rent upfront without even seeing the apartment first. That's just not cool. Now I'm just hoping that everything goes well when I move in next September.
