    My Experience with Urban Outfitters

    As a client of Urban Outfitters, I have had a positive experience shopping with the company. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of clothing, accessories, and home decor items. I particularly appreciate their unique and trendy styles, as well as the option to filter by size and price range.

    I have also had success with their online customer service. Any questions or concerns I have had were promptly and efficiently addressed.

    One downside is that the shipping can take a bit longer than expected, but overall I am satisfied with my experience shopping with Urban Outfitters.

    Sale items for children's Christmas gifts

    I went to the store the other day because I needed to find some last-minute Christmas gifts for my kids. I was actually pretty shocked when I saw all the stuff on sale. Even though it was getting late and the weather was kinda gloomy, the employees at the store were so friendly, cheerful, and super helpful. Their positive vibes and eagerness to help out really made my shopping trip a lot more fun and easy, especially during this crazy busy holiday season. I gotta give a shout out to the awesome customer service I got while I was there. Big thanks to the staff for all their help!

I shot customer service an email and was actually impressed with how quickly they fixed everything. They said sorry for the mix-up, sent me a new one right away, and even gave me a discount for my next buy because of the hassle.

    I never know what to wear, it's such a pain, but every time I go to that store I find the cutest things that I just adore! The clothes are super stylish and the quality is top-notch. I'm definitely gonna keep coming back to shop there again and again.

The lack of communication and professionalism was really disappointing. It felt like I was dealing with a small, unorganized operation rather than a real business. I expect things to be reliable and efficient as a customer, and this company fell short in both areas. I got the items as a gift, which just added to the frustration. It's pretty crazy that a company this big can't even manage their inventory properly. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    Denim jacket and graphic tee

    Urban Outfitters seriously dropped the ball with their shipping. I ordered a denim jacket and this adorable graphic tee, expecting them to show up in a few days. But nope! Turns out the jacket was backordered and the tee took forever to ship. On top of that, they hit me with standard shipping fees even though it took weeks for my order to arrive. I am not impressed with their online ordering game, man. If you want your clothes ASAP, save yourself the headache and just hit up the store instead of dealing with all this nonsense.

    I just bought some stuff online, but man, none of it fit right. So, I tried to send it back, and guess what? They wanted me to shell out 26 euros for shipping it back to the UK! Crazy, right? The website said shipping and returns were free, but that was a total lie. And don't even get me started on the customer service bot - it was no help at all. This whole mess has really ticked me off, and I for sure won't be shopping with them again.

    Bought two pairs of jeans

    I bought two pairs of jeans, one for me and one for my best friend, but they sent one in the wrong size! I was so irritated! I gave them a call and they said they would correct the mistake, but it's going to take so long to get the right size. Ugh! Why bother shopping online if they can't get it right the first time?! Don't they understand how busy we are as 12-year-olds?! It's so frustrating!

    I can't believe this company has the nerve to keep canceling pre-orders even after they've taken our money. It's just not right to have stuff taken out of your order so long after you bought it, especially when you were one of the first ones to order. They really need to get it together with keeping track of their inventory, it's just not okay.

    Oversized cardigan

    This place is a total waste of time, trust me. I was so excited to get this huge cardigan, but when it finally came after what felt like forever, I was so disappointed. It was not at all what I expected - the material was cheap and the size was all wrong. I tried to send it back right away, but let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. It's been months now and I'm still waiting on my refund. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop, seriously!

    My shopping experience at this store was not great. I thought the stuff I bought was in stock, but then they told me some of it wasn't available. It seems like this happens a lot, which is really annoying, especially when you're looking forward to something. The things I did get weren't that great either, one of them was so badly made I couldn't even wear it. Customer service didn't help at all, just gave me the same answers every time I asked. I suggest steering clear of this store and looking for better places to shop, especially if you're shopping for gifts or clothes for teens.

    My experience ordering from this company was a total nightmare. The person at the store who helped me place my order was great, but the actual process was a disaster. The item I ordered showed up three days late, and to top it off, it was the wrong item! This mix-up was a huge hassle since I had no time to fix it before Christmas. Dealing with their customer service was also a pain since all I got was a useless chatbot. I ended up having to go into the store to get the discounts I was promised when I ordered online. This whole ordeal really rubbed me the wrong way, and I won't be risking an online order with them again.

    I bought something online not too long ago and had a pretty bad time dealing with customer service at that store. I left a review about it three months ago, and just recently I got a super generic, fake-sounding response from the company. They completely disregarded all of my concerns. It's just so obvious that their response was automated and not genuine at all. It's really frustrating to see them not putting in any effort to listen to their customers and make things better.
