Perfect bike selection for my son
As a customer at the store, I gotta say I had a great time picking out the right bike for my son. The folks at Urban Scooters really knew their stuff and were super helpful, which made it a breeze to make a decision. It's tough out there trying to find the perfect bike these days, but they had the exact model my son had his heart set on. It was such a relief for me as a parent. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made buying the bike quick and easy. I was really impressed.
Handlebar scooter purchase
My experience with Urban Scooters wasn't great. They didn't tell me on their website that the handlebars couldn't be adjusted, which was a major downside. On top of that, they have a crazy restocking fee of thirty percent, and I'd have to pay to ship it back. It's almost impossible to return something if it doesn't work out. And to make matters worse, their customer service team isn't very flexible and wouldn't make any exceptions. It's no wonder people end up feeling annoyed and disappointed with their purchase in the end.
