Urban Skin Rx was founded by Rachel Roff, who is also the CEO. Urban Skin Rx provided the image. Rachel Roff, an aesthetician in Charlotte, North Carolina, saw a need in the market when she launched her medical spa 14 years ago skin-care products that addressed the issues of Black women and pigmented skin tones. Products and services of Urban Skin Rx

They offer skin concerns like acne, aging skin, dark spots/uneven skin, dryness, large pores, oily skin,under-eye circle, pro strength set, cleanser and masks, ungrown hairs, corrective serum, and pads, moisturizers& sunblock, body products, skincare set, and kits, eye lips products, tools, and many more products in arrival. There are three cleansing bars in their product line. Each contains their ClearTone Advanced Technology, which helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. However, they suggest that you select a bar that is appropriate for your skin type. If you have eczema or acne, your goal should be to find products that don't dry out your skin too much, while also keeping in mind that acne-focused products often contain ingredients like Benzoyl Peroxide, which can dry out the skin.

Shipment and policies of Urban Skin Rx

Orders will be processed and sent within 1-2 business days if placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). On Saturdays and Sundays, orders will begin processing the next working day. Monday through Friday, all foreign orders are sent. Orders from outside the United States will be charged $24.99. The processing period ranges from 48 to 72 hours. Shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks after orders are processed (shipments to Canada have a 2-3 day shipping time after the order is processed). A signature is required upon delivery of international deliveries.

Urban Skin Rx has products for all skin types, so if you are unhappy with the products you purchased, please contact their Customer Experience team for specific advice. Refunds or exchanges will be performed between 0–30 days, with refunds going returned to the original mode of payment. Only exchanges or store credit will be processed between 31 and 60 days. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be reimbursed.
