Noticeable is connection which is very fast through Bluetooth Really this is very fast in comparison of my brands Also ear detection is an attractive feature Color of set is very pleasant This is why preferred this set in particular Being first time purchase of a new brand I was scared little bit but surprised performance An international quality by make and reception.Great alternative to AirPods
I was actually suggested these as a different option from a bigger brand, and let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations. I had tried some cheaper earbuds that were a letdown, so I was pleasantly surprised by how good these ones are. The sound quality is really impressive, and they're comfortable for long wear. The only drawback is that you can't turn off the automatic ear connect feature, which can be annoying, especially during workouts. But all in all, they're a great pick for anyone wanting high-quality earbuds without breaking the bank.
New speaker purchase
I just got a new speaker and ran into some trouble with connecting it to my devices via Bluetooth. So, I decided to contact the customer support team from the online store where I bought it. I was actually really impressed with how friendly and quick they were in fixing my issue. They were super nice and practical in handling everything, and they promised to send me a new speaker to replace the faulty one. I'm really happy with the service I got and definitely think others should check out this online store too.
Urbanista Miami earbuds
I got my hands on some Urbanista Miami earbuds and they were amazing right out of the gate. The design, sound quality, noise cancelation, and battery life were all top-notch. I also really liked the hard case they came in. But after about 9 months, they started acting wonky on me. Huge shoutout to Ralph from customer service for sorting things out for me. Still a fan of this brand, keep it up!
Athens earbuds
I've had to replace three pairs of Athens earbuds because the right one keeps losing volume. But Urbanista's customer service was really good. They replaced the faulty earbuds without any problems, which I really appreciated.
Wireless ear pods malfunction
I had a problem with my wireless earbuds - the left one wasn't working and wouldn't pair up. JB HiFi couldn't help since my warranty was up, so I contacted customer service there. I got help right away from Ralph, who walked me through some troubleshooting and got me a new pair of earbuds. I was really thankful for the great support and quick service from Ralph and the team.
Wireless headphones purchase
I just bought some wireless headphones but they don't fit quite right in my ears. They look great and sound amazing though. I reached out to customer service to ask about getting a refund and they were awesome. They replied to my email quickly, made me feel really comfortable, and gave me top-notch support. Shout out to Emily for her amazing help!
